Introduction. The indicator in the assessment of banking performance is the bank's ability to generate profits or profitability. Profitability is the bank's ability to generate profits from its capital and assets. The level of effectiveness of the bank in seeking or earning a profit can be seen from the income of an investment obtained from the sale or the banks' performance to earn a profit by measuring the level of profitability ratios in seeking profit. Purpose. This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banking in terms of profitability and the influence of Bank Size, Operational Efficiency, Market Share, Liquidity, Liquidity Risk, Net Operation Margin, and Giro Wajib Minimum on Profitability Islamic Banking Industry in Indonesia during the 2015-2020 period. Results. (1)The majority of banks have a low ROE value which means that most Islamic banks in Indonesia have low profitability (2) The size of Islamic banking and Operational Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking (3) Market Share, Liquidity, Liquidity Risk and minimum statutory reserves positive and significant effect on profitability (3) Net Operation Margin has a positive and insignificant effect on the profitability of Islamic banking. Conclusions. Bank size, operational efficiency, market share, liquidity, liquidity risk, net operation margin, a minimum statutory reserve has a significant effect on the profitability of the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. Рівень ефективності банківської установи залежить від його інвестиційної діяльності або результатів його діяльності щодо отримання прибутку. Метою дослідження є аналіз ефективності ісламського банкінгу з точки зору прибутковості та впливу розміру банківської установи, операційної ефективності, частки ринку, ліквідності, ризику ліквідності, чистої операційної маржі на прибутковість ісламської банківської індустрії в Індонезії. З’ясовано, що більшість банківських установ мають низьке значення ROE, що означає, що більшість ісламських банків в Індонезії мають низьку прибутковість. Розмір ісламського банкінгу та операційна ефективність має негативний і значний вплив на прибутковість ісламського банкінгу. Чиста операційна маржа має позитивний і незначний вплив на прибутковість ісламського банкінгу. Доведено, що такі основні показники як : розмір банківської установи, операційна ефективність, частка ринку, ліквідність, ризик ліквідності, чиста операційна маржа, мінімальний законодавчий резерв мають значний вплив на прибутковість ісламської банківської галузі в Індонезії. The Pandemic has led to considerable changes in the sphere of education and it also brought about some educational problems in Ukraine. The level of education has direct influence upon incomes and employment of population: people who are better educated can find jobs more easily, have better working conditions and higher salary. Moreover, higher level of education is positively connected with life expectancy, health and social integration. At the beginning of the quarantine in the spring of 2020 all the educational facilities switched over to distance learning and closely experienced the process of digitalization which was becoming of increasing importance. In this research we decided to concentrate on the actions taken in the organization of educational processes during the quarantine caused by COVID-19. Also we delineated educational problems of digitalization which were faced by participants of the studying process: student community and lecturers.; -; Актуальність теми зумовлена змінами, що виникли в освітній траєкторії через пандемію. Зокрема рівень освіти прямо впливає на доходи та зайнятість населення – краще освічені люди легше знаходять роботу, мають кращі умови праці та більше заробляють. Крім того, вищий рівень освіти позитивно пов’язаний із тривалістю життя, здоров’ям та соціальною інтеграцією. На початку карантину навесні 2020 р. всі заклади освіти перейшли на дистанційне навчання і тісно стикнулися з процесом диджиталізації, що набувала все більшого значення. Під час дослідження було зосереджено на тому, якими були дії в організації навчального процесу в університетах під час карантину, спричиненого COVID-19. Також нами окреслено освітні проблеми під час диджиталізації, з якими стикалися учасники навчального процесу: студентство та викладачі. Як результат впровадження основних положень диджиталізації, в університеті було проведено опитування викладачів та студентів щодо їхнього відношення до онлайн навчання (Блок 1), можливостей якісного викладання в умовах дистанційного навчання (Блок 2) та технічного забезпечення (Блок 3). Відповідно Блок 1 – відповідав за якісну характеристику впровадження диджиталізації в університеті, Блоки 2-3 – за кількісну. За результатами опитування встановлено, що якісна характеристика впровадження диджиталізації в освіті базується на «викликах» як: гнучкий робочий час, можливість використання цифрових технологій, мобільність, доступність освіти з будь-якої точки світу, безпека (позитивні сторони диджиталізації); погане забезпечення Інтернет-зв’язком та погіршення комунікативних компетентностей (негативні сторони диджиталізації). Також обґрунтовано думку респондентів щодо впливу викладання предметів лише он-лайн на якість освітнього процесу є різнобічною. У процесі досліджень було обґрунтовано вагомість забезпечення працівників освіти та студентство технічними засобами (комп’ютери (ноутбуки), мікрофони, навушники тощо), які є важливою умовою ефективного дистанційного навчання та важливим елементом при реалізації диджиталізації в університеті, особливо в умовах пандемії, яка обумовила розвиток цифрової освіти. У цілому, підсумовуючи результати опитування, варто зазначити, що впровадження диджиталізації в університеті є важливим кроком для покращення дистанційного навчання, оскільки спрямована на формування цифрової освіти в сучасних умовах. Відмічено за результатами, що технічне забезпечення викладачів та студентів потребує удосконалення, що стимулюватиме всіх зацікавлених сторін освітнього процесу до впровадження інноваційних методів та технологій викладання, як розробка відеолекцій. Своєю чергою, це сприятиме підвищенню якості та ефективності навчального процесу. В майбутніх дослідженнях автори планують провести опитування на факультетах різних спрямувань і порівняти результати впровадження процесів диджиталізації в залежності від фаху, що опановують студенти. Визначено показники конкурентоспроможності аптечних мереж. Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку аптечних закладів в Україні та за регіонами. Проведено соціологічне дослідження методом анкетування щодо обслуговування в аптечних мережах м. Харкова. Проведено структурний аналіз аптечних мереж України за кількістю аптечних точок та їх долею на фармацевтичному ринку. Розраховано інтегральний показник конкурентоспроможності аптечних мереж. Проведено оцінку каналів комунікації в середні аптечних мереж м. Харкова. Результати проведеного аналізу дозволили визначити, що якість обслуговування у всіх аптечних мережах є високою, особливо фахівцями відмічено, що перевагою є вдале місце розташування та використання роботизації в аптечних закладах, які збільшують кількість обслуговування споживачів та позитивно впливають на рівень конкурентоспроможності аптечних мереж.; -; Abstract. Introduction. The article examines the competitive advantages of pharmacy chains. In modern conditions, the ability of pharmacy chains to compete with each other becomes especially important. Every day the number of pharmacies in each city and in the country as a whole is growing, which leads to increased competition in the Ukrainian market of pharmaceutical services and encourages pharmacies to pay more attention to their competitiveness.. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to assess the competitive advantages of pharmacy chains in Ukraine. Results. The main trends in the development of the pharmaceutical market of pharmacy chains in Ukraine, and in particular the city of Kharkov, have been studied. The analysis of pharmacy chains in Ukraine was carried out in terms of the number of pharmacy outlets and market share. The authors calculated an integral indicator of the competitiveness of pharmacy chains. For objectivity, a factor was included in the assessment - such as communications in pharmacy chains. It has been proven that the quality of service in all pharmacy chains is high, this was especially pronounced in pharmacies with a good location and the use of robotics in pharmacies, which increases the volume of customer service and positively affects the level of competitiveness of the pharmacy chain. The leader in the number of pharmacies for the reporting period is "Pharmacy-Magnolia", which includes the networks of ANC,"Blagodia", "Kopeyka". The top 5 also includes Gamma-55 (Pharmacy 911), Sirius-95 (We wish you health), Plantain and Pharmastor (Good Day Pharmacy). Also, a measure is given, for an integral indicator of competitiveness, which is an overridden leader with a coefficient of 9.6, loans are taken first place for a quick service to customers, which is conditioned by the robotization of some pharmacies of this measure. It should also be noted that over the last year the Plantain network has increased its market share by 2.9%, Sirius-95 - by 2.4%, which may indicate a rapid level of competition in this market segment. Conclusions. Summing up the study, it was found that it is proved that the quality of service in all pharmacy networks that were studied is high, this is due to the use of social networks such as Facebook, YouTube and others. Завдяки приросту інвестицій та покращенню бізнес-клімату відбудеться переорієнтація бізнесу на довгостроковий результат, технологію оновлення, впровадження інноваційних рішень. Ці ефекти підсилюватимуться детінізацією економіки та розвитком фінансових ринків. Introduction. Successful functioning of the agricultural enterprise in modern conditions of fast change of needs of consumers and aggravation of competition is impossible without creation effective measures for improvement of qualitative indicators of production, modernization and expansion of manufacture, development of new directions and spheres of activity and also need to plan investment and innovation activities at the enterprise. After all, the chosen innovation and investment strategy is the main tool in achieving economic development and ensuring the competitiveness of entrepreneurial activity, which is why investment and innovation activities need to pay considerable attention to enterprises that operate in market conditions. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to assess investment and innovation activities in agriculture, identify existing problems in this area of the economy and justify ways to intensify investment processes in agricultural production. Results. The experience of many countries with market economies shows the importance of expanding investment support, innovation of economic structures. At present, Ukraine needs to pay more attention to the creation and implementation of promising investment programs to support the innovative development of all sectors of the economy. This will allow the country to increase the competitiveness of its own production and expand the list of technological opportunities in agriculture. In order to increase the efficiency of management at agricultural enterprises and revive the industry, it is necessary to promote the attraction of domestic and foreign investments in the development of agriculture and agro-industrial complex of the country. Conclusions. In determining the innovation and investment strategy for the development of agricultural enterprises in the near future should focus on ensuring and maintaining existing production capacity, creating innovation and investment projects that quickly recoup the investment in production processes, while ensuring the production of competitive products. The key to the implementation of investment activities of agricultural enterprises is also: completion of agricultural land reform aimed at forming a transparent circulation of agricultural land, providing state guarantees of protection to potential investors in agribusiness and socio-economic projects within the revival and development of rural areas.
