Метою статті стали науково-аналітична оцінка тенденцій розвитку й аналіз ефективності аграрного підприємництва в умовах воєнного часу з окресленням концептуальних перспектив у повоєнному відновленні. Відповідно до поставлених цілей: було проведено комплексний аналіз динаміки показників ресурсного забезпечення, результативності та ефективності виробничої діяльності аграрних підприємств; відзначено суттєве звуження ресурсної бази та погіршення умов ведення господарської діяльності, що зумовило скорочення валової продукції підприємств галузі; виявлено нерівномірність змін в виробництві за видами сільськогосподарської продукції та в регіональному вимірі; зроблено наголос на появі негативних тенденції зменшення кількості підприємств, що вирощують основні експортоорієнтовані культури та відповідне зменшення посівних площ під ними; представлено результати моніторингу очікувань сільськогосподарських підприємств їх ділової активності. Зроблено висновок про кардинальну зміну сценарію розвитку галузі відповідно до безпекової ситуації в державі, що супроводжується глибокою реструктуризацією господарської діяльності підприємств у зв’язку з необхідністю підтримки конкурентоспроможності: впроваджуються стратегії збереження бізнесу в умовах обмеженого доступу до каналів збуту продукції та зростання вартостей компонентів ресурсного забезпечення виробництва та необхідності адаптації до європейських господарських практик для виходу на європейський ринок.; -; Introduction. The article examines the economic development of agricultural enterprises in the fundamentally new conditions of wartime in the context of their role as a moderator of the stability of the national economy in general and, in particular, as the economic basis for the reconstruction of rural areas. Purpose. The purpose of the article was a scientific and analytical evaluation of development trends and an analysis of the effectiveness of agrarian entrepreneurship in wartime conditions with an outline of conceptual perspectives in post-war reconstruction. Results. According to the set goals: a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of resource provision indicators, effectiveness and efficiency of production activity of agricultural enterprises was conducted; a significant narrowing of the resource base and deterioration of the conditions for conducting economic activity were noted, which led to a reduction in the gross output of enterprises in the industry; the unevenness of changes in production by types of agricultural products and in the regional dimension was revealed; the appearance of negative trends in the decrease in the number of enterprises growing the main export-oriented crops and the corresponding decrease in the area under them was emphasized; the results of monitoring the expectations of agricultural enterprises of their business activity are presented. Conclusions. It is concluded that a radical change in the development scenario of the industry in accordance with the security situation in the state, which is accompanied by a deep restructuring of the economic activity of enterprises in connection with the need to maintain competitiveness: business preservation strategies are being implemented in conditions of limited access to product sales channels and increasing costs of production resource support components and the need to adapt to European business practices in order to enter the European market. The purpose of the article is to highlight the nature of globalization and its impact on the economy, particularly in Ukraine. The acceleration of globalization processes in Ukraine, even in times of war, is highly active, but it has both positive and negative consequences. Ukraine entered the process of globalization with limited economic preparation, so the main task is to bring its economy closer to the level of developed countries through the correct formation of foreign economic policy and changes in the internal structure of state policy. There are various interpretations among scholars regarding when the process of globalization began. Scholars often attribute the beginning of the “global era” to different years, most commonly the 1950s, 1970s, or 1990s of the last century. However, all agree that the modern era is characterized by changes that accelerate global integration. Globalization emerged as a process that significantly differs from internationalization. In contrast to internationalization, globalization not only encompasses all aspects of life but also implies a transition from a system of open national economies to an integrated global economy. The process of integrating the global economy involves expanding economic activity beyond individual countries and is associated with increased economic openness and interdependence in all spheres of society. This can have a significant impact on the economy, politics, culture, and society, promoting greater international integration and cooperation but also giving rise to challenges and problems such as inequality and conflicts. The most discussed topic today is the war in Ukraine. Therefore, all efforts of the country’s leadership and each citizen are directed towards reclaiming temporarily occupied territories, preserving as many lives as possible, and defeating the aggressor. To achieve this, the country needs to establish its external economic and political relations because, in modern realities, any war is a global process that poses a danger to all of humanity. One of the most crucial stages of Ukraine’s integration into the global arena is its accession to the European Union. The integration of Ukraine into the European Union is an extremely complex dilemma for both Ukraine and Europe, especially in a state of war. Ukraine, as a subject of international relations, is capable of building its foreign economic relations on mutually beneficial terms. However, factors such as the war-damaged industrial, civil, energy, and logistical infrastructure, a decrease in the population due to the war, and other consequences of the conflict significantly complicate Ukraine’s integration into the global economy. Factors like intense competition in the international market and the need for flexible strategies and tactics on the part of goods producers require the establishment of specialized structures in Ukraine to coordinate and ensure the functioning of the entire infrastructure related to international economic relations. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to illuminate the essence of accelerated globalization, analyze the impact of this process on the economy of Ukraine, and describe the necessary Ukrainian foreign economic policy in the conditions of accelerated globalization. However, Ukraine also faces challenges and difficulties, including political, economic, and social issues. The country’s tasks include ensuring security, social stability, infrastructure development, and effective economic reforms that will help maintain and enhance its positions in the global context. Серед ключових викликів, які передбачаються у найближчій перспективі для аграрних підприємств окреслено: брак робочої сили, зростання цін та обмежений доступ на ресурси, дефіцит кормів для тварин. Виділено потенційні ризики для аграрних підприємств в умовах невизначеності. За результатами SWOT – аналізу аграрних підприємств в Україні, враховуючи сучасний воєнний конфлікт та складну геополітичну ситуацію, означено можливості, загрози, сильні та слабкі сторони для сталого розвитку підприємств. At the current stage of the development of the economy of Ukraine, the effective activity of agricultural enterprises is important, the effectiveness of which is connected with the timely provision of all necessary production resources. The events of recent years force farmers to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty, when there are several options for the development of events. Agricultural enterprises work in difficult conditions of underutilization of production capacities, insufficient staffing and face other negative factors. Forecasting activities in conditions of uncertainty and randomness are always associated with risks for agricultural enterprises. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the state of production potential of agricultural enterprises and identify modern challenges in conditions of uncertainty. Results. The study revealed the main challenges expected in the near future for agricultural enterprises, namely: labor shortage, rising prices and limited access to resources, shortage of animal feed. According to the results of the SWOT analysis, taking into account the modern military conflict and the complex geopolitical problem, the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses for the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises are determined. Key aspects of support to the agricultural sector are outlined, such as: vertical integration, financial support, extension and training, worker safety. Conclusіons. On the basis of the conducted research, it was determined that the production potential of agriculture is a key aspect for ensuring sustainable development and the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises; the military conflict and its consequences, such as the blockade of seaports and constant shelling, significantly affected the agricultural sector of Ukraine, which led to difficulties in foreign trade, disruption of logistics and access to resources; assessment of risks and uncertainties requires a systematic approach and development of risk management strategies. Встановлено, що стратегічне планування є вирішальним при розробці та реалізації управлінських рішень в сфері інвестиційної діяльності. В умовах дефіциту ресурсів і кризових явищ інвестиційна діяльність підприємства є одним із найважливіших векторів розвитку виробництва. На основі аналізу різноманітних поглядів щодо змісту поняття інвестиційна стратегія сформулювано власне бачення його змісту. Achieving stable growth, competitiveness and sustainable development of the agricultural industry, which plays a primary role, is one of the most important and defining responsibilities. Investments play a crucial role in the fulfillment of this task, as they act as a catalyst that determines the scale, direction and security of the enterprise. In the conditions of scarcity of resources and crisis phenomena, the investment activity of the enterprise is one of the most important vectors of multifaceted activity. Purpose. Based on the analysis of various views on the meaning of the concept of investment strategy, a vision of its meaning was formulated. The main plan of action of an enterprise is the investment strategy, which determines the priorities of its directions and forms, the manner of formation of investment resources, the procedure for implementation of long-term investment goals, ensuring the effective development of the enterprise. Results. Considering the theoretical and scientific foundations of the development of an enterprise’s investment strategy, it becomes clear that a carefully developed strategy taking into account the characteristics of the enterprise is a component of strategic stability, as it is the main direction of activity. The decision should be related to the research and evaluation of multiple investment options that place the greatest emphasis on the purpose and strategies of business development. It is necessary to formulate a balanced investment strategy, taking into account all possible factors (duration of the company’s activity, external and internal influences, investment appeal of the enterprise, etc.). When developing an investment strategy, extensive work is carried out to identify and develop alternative investment solutions that are most beneficial for the company’s goals. The investment plan must be monitored and changed during the entire process of activity depending on external conditions and the ability of the enterprise’s industry to develop. Conclusions. Taking into account the views of researchers, it is apparent that a properly developed investment strategy is an effective tool that ensures the direction of the enterprise’s investment activities and chooses production development direction. Besides, the development of the investment strategy is also determined by changes in the operational goals of the firm, caused by the diversification of production. It is necessary to diversify the company’s activities over time i.e. to cease non-profitable activities, and to develop new profitable ones, in order to avoid the period of “decline” and, as the worst option, the phase of dissolution. In these circumstances, the forms of investment activity of the enterprise must be predictable and perfectly balanced, taking into account the resource potential of the enterprise.
