Обґрунтовано, що в умовах трансформації ринку праці та зростання вимог до професійних компетентностей особливої актуальності набуває забезпечення тісної взаємодії між закладами освіти, науковим середовищем і роботодавцями. Визначено, що інтеграція розглядається як системний, багаторівневий і безперервний процес, який охоплює всі етапи підготовки майбутнього фахівця —від проєктування освітніх програм до його подальшого працевлаштування. Проаналізовано сучасні моделі інтеграції, зокрема дуальну, кластерну, практико-орієнтовану та інноваційно-наукову, та встановлено їх значення у формуванні професійних і ключових компетентностей здобувачів освіти. Особливу увагу приділено ролі стейкхолдерів у забезпеченні якості освітнього процесу, зокрема участі роботодавців, керівників закладів професійної освіти та представників органів управління освітою у розробленні та оновленні освітніх програм.У статті представлено практичний досвід реалізації інтеграційного підходу на прикладі підготовки здобувачів за спеціальністю «Професійна освіта». Встановлено, що ефективна взаємодія між закладом вищої освіти, установами професійної освіти та регіональними органами управління освітою забезпечується шляхом залучення фахівців-практиків до проведення навчальних занять, організації виїзних форм навчання, проходження виробничої практики на базі професійних закладів та філій, а також подальшого працевлаштування випускників на посади майстрів виробничого навчання та викладачів.Доведено, що впровадження такої моделі інтеграції сприяє підвищенню якості професійної підготовки, забезпечує відповідність результатів навчання сучасним вимогам ринку праці, формує готовність майбутніх фахівців до професійної діяльності та скорочує період їх адаптації на робочому місці. Визначено, що перспективи подальших досліджень полягають у розробленні ефективних механізмів розширення партнерства між освітою, наукою та виробництвом, а також у впровадженні інноваційних освітніх технологій у систему професійної освіти.; -; The article examines modern approaches to the integration of education, science, and industry in the process of professional training of qualified specialists. It is substantiated that in the context of labor market transformation and increasing requirements for professional competencies, the need for effective interaction between educational institutions, the scientific community, and employers becomes especially relevant. Integration is considered as a systemic, multi-level, and continuous process that covers all stages of professional training —from the design of educational programs to the further employment of graduates.The study analyzes contemporary models of integration, including dual, cluster-based, practice-oriented, and innovation-driven approaches, and determines their role in the formation of professional and key competencies of students. Particular attention is paid to the role of stakeholders in ensuring the quality of the educational process, especially the involvement of employers, heads of vocational education institutions, and representatives of educational authorities in the development and updating of educational programs.The article presents practical experience in implementing an integrated approach based on the example of training students in the specialty “Vocational Education”. It is established that effective interaction between higher education institutions, vocational education institutions, and regional educational authorities is ensured through the involvement of practitioners in teaching activities, organization of field-based classes, internships at vocational institutions and affiliated branches, as well as further employment of graduates as vocational training instructors. It is proved that the implementation of such an integration model contributes to improving the quality of professional training, ensures the alignment of learning outcomes with labor market demands, fosters graduates’ readiness for professional activity, and reduces the period of their adaptation in the workplace. The study also outlines prospects for further research, which include the development of effective mechanisms for expanding partnerships between education, science, and industry, as well as the introduction of innovative educational technologies into the vocational education system.
