Короткий огляд (реферат): Damage to urban water supply infrastructure can rapidly compromise access to safe water
and force households to rely on alternative sources of uncertain quality. This study presents
a case-based assessment of water quality and emergency household-level treatment options
in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, following conflict-induced disruption of the centralized water supply
system. Water samples collected from selected groundwater and distribution-network
points were analyzed for physicochemical, organoleptic, and microbiological indicators,
including total dissolved solids, hardness, sulfates, chlorides, iron, permanganate oxidizability, total microbial count, and E. coli. The results showed elevated mineralization,
increased sulfate and chloride concentrations, high hardness, organic load indicators, and
episodic microbiological contamination in several samples. A low-cost four-stage household treatment procedure combining chemical oxidation, thermal treatment, sorption,
and short-term preservation was evaluated as a preliminary emergency approach. The
procedure improved odor, taste, hardness, iron content, permanganate oxidizability, and
microbiological safety; however, it did not fully reduce total dissolved solids, sulfates, or
chlorides to drinking-water standards. Therefore, the treated water should be considered
non-potable and suitable mainly for limited domestic and hygienic uses unless additional
desalination or blending is applied. The study highlights both the potential and the limitations of simple household-level interventions under emergency water supply disruption
and emphasizes the need for decentralized treatment support, monitoring, and long-term
infrastructure recovery.

Короткий огляд (реферат): The aim of this study was to analyse the socio-economic contribution of successfully relocated enterprises to the development of host regions in Ukraine and EU countries. The methodology was based on an applied study of cases of Ukrainian and European enterprises that changed the location of the operations. Relocation under wartime challenges ensured business survival and had a multiplier effect for communities. The company “Kulinichi” moved production from Kharkiv to Lviv region, invested EUR 20 million in a bakery complex, created more than 3,000 jobs (500 – for internally displaced persons); revenue increased from UAH 113.8 million in 2022 to UAH 214.3 million in 2024. The company “Akvaizol” moved from Kharkiv to Kalush, built a plant on an abandoned site, created 100 jobs; revenue in 2023 amounted to UAH 901 million, assets in 2024 – UAH 1.283 billion. The company “Chumak”, after losing its plant in Kakhovka, placed production in several regions and initiated the construction of a plant in Odesa region (potential for 5,000 jobs); revenue increased from UAH 573.3 million in 2022 to UAH 1.36 billion in 2024. The joint-stock company “Ukrai-nian Energy Machines” created branches in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Chernivtsi re-gions to reduce risks. In the EU, relocation was carried out for economic, logistical and regulatory reasons: the companies JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley relocated part of the staff and assets to Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin, and Madrid to maintain access to the EU internal market. The company Bosch implemented a strategy of moving production closer to the consumer, expanding it in Hungary. The practical significance of the study lies in the use of the results to improve the policy of supporting relocated business and to develop indicators of its socio-economic impact.

Короткий огляд (реферат): The aim of the study was to substantiate the effectiveness of an intelligent system for automated design of energy-efficient facilities in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) with integrated diagnostics of electric drives. The methodology included experimental testing of asynchronous electric motors, numerical modelling, and optimization. Data analysis was performed using Student's t-test, analysis of variance, and principal component analysis. The results showed that in faulty electric motors, the current increased by 20%, the power factor decreased from 0.87 to 0.74, the vibration level exceeded that of serviceable samples by three times, and the temperature of the windings increased from 65 to 92 degrees Celsius. Numerical modelling showed a 9% reduction in energy consumption, a 17-degree Celsius decrease in temperature, a 16% increase in power factor, a 47% reduction in vibrations, and an increase in efficiency from 85 to 92%. Statistical analysis confirmed the reliability of the results, and the “serviceable/damaged” classification model achieved high accuracy with an area under the curve of 0.94. The scientific novelty lies in the first-ever combination of structural optimisation of electric drive parameters with built-in technical condition analysis in a single CAD/FEM environment.
