Abstract

Лише невеликій кількості людей підвладна внутрішня мотивація. Це ті люди, які тривалий час розмірковуючи над власною поведінкою і причиною її виникнення, врешті припиняють потребувати підштовхування мотивації ззовні, а вміють розпочинати будь-яку роботу самостійно, орієнтуючись на власні відчуття. Саме від внутрішньої мотивації залежить трудова адаптація.

Only a small number of people are subject to internal motivation. These are the people who, after thinking for a long time about their own behavior and the reason for its occurrence, eventually stop the need to push motivation from the outside, and are able to start any work autonomously, focusing on their own feelings. It is from internal motivation that labor adaptation depends.
