The agro-industrial complex (AIC) and rural areas play a pivotal role in ensuring food security, economic stability, and sustainable development in many countries, including Ukraine. This research thesis delves into the multifaceted aspects of the organizational and economic mechanism required for the sustainable development of the AIC and rural areas. It examines the role of governmental policies, market mechanisms, investments, and infrastructure development in fostering growth. This research highlights the need to address the unique challenges and opportunities of rural areas to achieve comprehensive development.
