Ідентифікація змісту та класифікаційних ознак загроз і ризиків фінансовій безпеці підприємства

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано роль загроз і ризиків у забезпеченні фінансової безпеки підприємства в сучасних умовах. Аргументовано сутнісний зміст і взаємозв’язок понять «загроза» та «ризик» шляхом розмежування двох підходів. Доведено необхідність розгляду ризику як первинного поняття, що передує виникненню загроз фінансовій безпеці на мікрорівні. Ідентифіковано та структуровано класифікаційні ознаки загроз і ризиків фінансовій безпеці суб’єкта господарювання. Деталізовано й охарактеризовано внутрішні (економічні, маркетингові, управлінські, кадрові, технологічні) та зовнішні (економічні, екологічні, геополітичні, соціальні, технологічні) загрози та ризики фінансовій безпеці підприємства, а також окреслено проблеми управління ними. Визначено загрози та ризики, що впливають на фінансову безпеку вітчизняних підприємств під час повномасштабного вторгнення росії на територію України.

Introduction. Modern business conditions are determined by an unforeseen change in the external and internal business environment and the lack of sufficient experience of survival in such conditions of enterprises as independent socio-economic systems, which not only complicates the process of management of each business entity, but also makes it difficult to implement a quick and effective response to a decrease in the level of danger under the influence of various types of threats and risks, the result of which may be the appearance of signs of a crisis state, and in the future, bankruptcy. Therefore, solving the problem of detection and identification of threats and risks for further development of adequate protective measures and improvement of financial security management is extremely urgent.

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the content of the concepts of “threat” and “risk”, to establish the relationship between them, as well as to highlight the main classification features of threats and risks to the financial security of enterprises.

Results. The article identifies the role of threats and risks in ensuring the financial security of the enterprise in modern conditions. The essential content and relationship of the concepts “threat” and “risk” are discussed by distinguishing two approaches. The necessity of considering risk as a primary concept that precedes the emergence of threats to financial security at the micro level is proved. The classification characteristics of threats and risks to the financial security of the business entity have been identified and structured. Internal (economic, marketing, managerial, personnel, technological) and external (economic, ecological, geopolitical, social, technological) threats and risks to the financial security of the enterprise are detailed and characterized, as well as the problems of their management are outlined. Threats and risks affecting the financial security of domestic enterprises during the full-scale invasion of russia on the Ukrainian territory are identified.

Conclusions. It has been proven that in the presence of a large number of classification signs of threats and risks to the financial security of the enterprise, the main attention should be paid to the most dangerous types of them, which have a direct impact on the possibility of realization of the priority financial interests of the enterprise and lead to quite significant losses in terms of scale and consequences.
