Теорії регіонального розвитку та їх вплив на розвиток сільських територій

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасні напрями розвитку регіональних теорій, їх зміст та особливості еволюції. Обґрунтовано, що більшість теорій і концепцій розвитку регіонів базуються на залежності соціально-економічних показників від якості управління, а не ресурсного потенціалу. Висвітлено особливості регіонального та національного розвитку, визначено додаткові фактори їх впливу на розвиток сільських територій.

The article examines the modern directions of development of regional theories, their content and features of evolution. It is substantiated that most theories and concepts of regional development are based on the dependence of socio-economic indicators on the quality of management, and not on the resource potential. The features of regional and national development are highlighted. The additional factors of the influence on the development of rural territories are identified.
