Роль міських об’єднаних територіальних громад у розвитку сільських територій

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність поняття «сільська територія». Визначено основні проблеми розвитку сільських територій. Обґрунтовано, що міськими об’єднаними територіальними громадами є громади зі значною кількістю сільського та міського населення, і домінуючим центром – містом. У результаті дослідження діяльності Баштанської та Менської міських об’єднаних територіальних громад встановлено їх роль у розвитку сільських територій.

The article explores the essence of the concept of "rural territory". The main problems of rural areas development are presented. It is substantiated that the municipal united territorial communities are communities with a significant number of rural and urban populations, and the dominant center is the city. As a result of the research of the activities of the Bashtanka and Mena City Municipal Unified Territorial Communities, their role in the development of rural areas was established.
