Оцінка причин невідповідності при виробництві олії соняшникової

Abstract

Досліджено елементи системи управління якістю, процеси технологічної блок-схеми виробництва, проаналізовано контроль якості продукції на кожному із етапів виробництва соняшникової олії та виявлено невідповідність на стадії процесу подрібнення. Встановлено, що серед слабких сторін діяльності підприємства є застаріле устаткування, запропоновано замінити старе обладнання на нове, впровадження якого є ефективним та доцільним.

The elements of the quality management system, the processes of the technological block diagram of production are investigated, the quality control of products at each of the stages of sunflower oil production is analyzed and the discrepancy at the stage of grinding process is revealed. It is established that among the weaknesses of the enterprise is outdated equipment, it is proposed to replace the old equipment with new, the introduction of which is effective and appropriate.
