В.; Zelensky, Andriy Короткий огляд (реферат): В статті розглянуто погляди науковців щодо сутності понять «державне регулювання економіки» та «фінансове регулювання». Виявлено, що механізм державного впливу на фінансово-економічні процеси реалізується через категорію фінансового регулювання як складову частину системи державного регулювання економіки. Проведено групування та систематизацію наявних поглядів на сутність фінансового регулювання. Запропоновано власне визначення поняття «фінансове регулювання», що підкреслює взаємозв’язки між складовими елементами системи фінансового регулювання розвитку економіки держави. Виділено основні форми та інструменти фінансового регулювання розвитку економіки, розкрито їх взаємозв’язок. Встановлено, що при виборі фінансових інструментів та відповідному ступені їх впливу має бути закладений саме стимулюючий характер. Доведено, що лише в цьому разі фінансове регулювання спроможне відігравати суттєву роль у забезпеченні сталого розвитку економіки держави.; In the current conditions of post-crisis recovery of the economy, the problem of the effective use of financial resources and the maintenance of an effective financial policy becomes particular urgent. It should be noted that a successful solution to the strategic objectives of financial policy is implemented through the financial mec hanism and its components. The main structural subsystems of the financial mechanism are financial support and financial regulation. They are, accordingly, financial methods of influencing economic processes in the state. Therefore, without studying the theoretical content of the regulatory categories essence, financial regulation, it is impossible to determine the priority of directions and ways of implementing the state's financial policy at the present stage. Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to determine the theoretical foundations of the essence of the notion of "financial regulation," the allocation of the main forms and instruments of financial regulation of the development of the economy, as well as the substantiation of the own definition of the concept of "financial regulation", taking into account existing scientific research and modern trends in the development of the state economy.

І.; Trunina, Irina; Ryzhak, Alina Короткий огляд (реферат): У даній статті розглянуто одну із головних складових туристичних послуг, а саме споживчий ринок, який було проаналізовано через туристичні потоки. Також було проаналізовано напрями розвитку туристичних послуг на прикладі Полтавської області. Було доведено, що Полтавська область займає третє місце по чисельності обслугованих туристів у порівнянні з такими областями як Вінницька, Дніпропетровська, Кіровоградська та Черкаська. Також з’ясовано, що основними причинами зменшення кількості туристів є недостатній рівень розвиненості безпосередньо мережі та об’єктів туристичної інфраструктури, їх невідповідність світовим стандартам; технологічна відсталість галузі; низький рівень обслуговування, зумовлений загальною кваліфікацією працівників галузі; відсутні кошти на реконструкцію пам’яток історії та архітектурного мистецтва; низький рівень доходів населення, зокрема заробітної плати.; This article examines one of the main components of tourism services, namely the consumer market, which was analyzed through tourist flows. The directions of the development of tourist services were also analyzed in the example of the Poltava region. Purpose. To analyze the peculiarities of functioning of the regional tourist services market on the example of the Poltava region. The urgency of the study is that the issues of functioning of regional markets for tourist services are among the top priorities among the tasks of economic growth of the country. Results. It was proved that the Poltava region ranks third in the number of tourists served in comparison with such areas as Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd and Cherkassy. It has also been established that the main reasons for the decrease in the number of tourists are the inadequate level of development of the network and tourist infrastructure facilities, their inadequacy to international standards; technological backwardness of the industry; Low level of service, conditioned by the general qualification of the industry workers; there are no funds for the reconstruction of historical and architectural monuments; low level of incomes of the population, including wages.

Короткий огляд (реферат): Автором констатовано, що завищені обсяги запасів – це непродуктивні інвестиції в активи, які інтегрують додаткові витрати (у т. ч. на зберігання, транспортування). Відтак, оптимізація окресленої ланки менеджменту є невід’ємною складовою ефективності туристичного підприємства. Проблема оптимізації обумовила мету дослідження, яке спрямоване на розгляд менеджменту запасів туристичного підприємства, як безперервного процесу надання найоптимальніших характеристик вартості господарських засобів, що відображені у окресленій балансовій статті. Розглянуто процес оптимізації вартості запасів туристичного підприємства, базовою категорією якої є певне оптимізаційне рішення, що орієнтоване на пошук економічного оптимуму використання ресурсу, з позиції критерію безперебійного забезпечення процесу виробництва та реалізації туристичних послуг. При цьому у якості основного засобу ілюстрації такого оптимуму застосовано модель, яка відображає взаємозв’язки між змінними, цільову функцію, що набуває значення в межах області припустимих рішень та визначається керованими змінними, факторами впливу та виглядом функції оптимізації. Я. Короткий огляд (реферат): The existing methods of fighting against political corruption, which are used in Ukraine, are not effective. That is why the logic of financing the activities of political parties should be changed. Purpose. The aim of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of introduction and application the State funding of statutory activities of political parties in the context of fighting with corruption in Ukraine. Results. The political corruption as an element, which destroys the logic of relations between the State, Society, and Business was highlighted. The necessity of using democratic innovations to fight out the political corruption in Ukraine was proved. The article describes the preconditions for the introduction of state financing of statutory activities of Ukrainian political parties (the availability of such kind of financial support for the activities of political parties in developed economically countries of the world and the existence of requirements for its introduction from the side of intergovernmental organizations of various kinds of activity). The peculiarities of the provision of financial support to political parties from the State Budget of Ukraine were clarified and prospects for the period until the next parliamentary elections were marked. The main goals of implementation of the state funding of statutory activities of political parties in Ukraine and the result of it in the present stage were compared. Conclusions. The study showed, that the introduction of state funding of statutory activities of political parties in Ukraine allowed not all the goals (and not fully) to be achieved. Nevertheless, it should be noted that in the countries with the experience of supporting the statutory activities of political parties from the state budget, the process has been adjusted and the law has worked "efficiently" only in 8-10 years. Therefore, given the positive aspects that characterize the state support of political parties in Ukraine in such a short period of time, one should expect a positive final result.; Метою статті є дослідити особливості впровадження та використання державного фінансування статутної діяльності політичних партій в контексті боротьби з корупцією в країні. Було висвітлено політичну корупцію як елемент, який руйнує логіку зв’язків між державою, суспільством та бізнесом. Обґрунтовано важливість використання демократичних інновацій в боротьбі з політичною корупцією в Україні. Стаття висвітлює наявність передумов впровадження державного фінансування статутної діяльності політичних партій в Україні, як-от доступність такого виду фінансування діяльності політичних партій в більшості економічно та політично розвинених країн світу, а також вимога його впровадження в Україні зі сторони міжнародних міжурядових організацій). Розглянуто особливості надання цього виду фінансування для політичних партій в Україні на сучасному етапі його існування, а також окреслено його перспективи в період до наступних парламентських виборів. В статті порівняно основні цілі запровадження державного фінансування статутної діяльності політичних партій України з його теперішніми результатами.
