Визначено, що ризик сільськогосподарської діяльності потрібно розуміти як ймовірність втрати аграрним підприємством частини наявних ресурсів, виробленої продукції, недоотримання прибутку чи виникнення додаткових витрат у результаті господарської діяльності. Наведено найбільш поширені ризики, які впливають на сільськогосподарське виробництво, його прибутковість та стійкість. Встановлено, що вплив війни на сільське господарство може мати низку різних аспектів, від безпосереднього впливу на вирощування сільськогосподарських культур до соціально-економічних наслідків для сільських територіальних громад. Оцінено вплив військових ризиків на посівні площі сільськогосподарських культур, обсяги виробництва та експорту продукції та економічну ефективність діяльності аграрних товаровиробників. Запропоновано стратегії та підходи, які можуть допомогти зменшити ризики у сільському господарстві та забезпечити більш стабільну та продуктивну роботу сільськогосподарських підприємств, а саме: диверсифікація культур; збільшення стійкості ґрунтів; використання сучасних технологій; страхування врожаю; розширення потужностей для зберігання зерна; запровадження власної переробки; постійне навчання та інновації; планування ризиків.; Agriculture is one of the main branches of material production in Ukraine. The industry provides food, economic, ecological and energy security, ensures the development of technologically related industries, the socioeconomic basis of development of rural territorial communities. At the same time, agricultural activity is one of the most risky forms of economic activity. Risk is one of the key factors influencing both the choice of direction of activity, motivation and efficiency of economic activity of any business entity. Purpose. Formulated and substantiated scientific provisions, conclusions, practical recommendations, strategies and approaches can help to reduce risks in agriculture and ensure more stable and productive operation of agricultural enterprises. Results. It was determined that the risk of agricultural activity should be understood as the probability that an agricultural enterprise will lose part of its available resources, produced products, lack of profit or the occurrence of additional costs as a result of economic activity. The most common risks affecting agricultural production, its profitability and sustainability are given. It has been found that the impact of war on agriculture can have a number of different aspects, from the direct impact on the cultivation of agricultural crops to the socio-economic consequences for rural territorial communities. The influence of military risks on the sown areas of agricultural crops, the volume of production and export of products, and the economic efficiency of the activities of agricultural commodity producers has been assessed. Strategies and approaches that can help reduce risks in agriculture and ensure more stable and productive operation of agricultural enterprises are proposed, namely: crop diversification; increase of soil stability; use of modern technologies; crop insurance; expansion of grain storage capacities; introduction of own processing; continuous learning and innovation; risk planning. Conclusions. Risk management in agriculture is a critical aspect of ensuring the stability and efficiency of agricultural enterprises. Climate change, global market trends, increasing competition, technological process, financial challenges, military risks require the search for effective risk management strategies to reduce the impact of negative factors. The study analyzes the role of military bonds in financing the state budget and identifies their advantages for different categories of investors. Purpose. he primary objective is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the market dynamics that shed light on the issuance and performance of military bonds, especially in the context of the ongoing war. The research aims to inform potential investors about the opportunities and risks associated with these bonds. Results. The analysis includes the performance of military bonds placed in December 2023, detailing their interest rates, maturities and issuance dates. Statistical data on the mobilization of funds through auctions and the peculiarities of wartime bond issuance are thoroughly examined. The article also examines the volume of domestic bonds in circulation since February 24, 2022. The main focus is on the dynamics of the circulation volumes of internal government bonds since February 24, 2022. Conclusions. The study focuses on the innovation and streamlining of the bond acquisition process, emphasizing its positive impact on the country's financial stability. The main advantages of military bonds are presented, underlining their importance as an attractive investment instrument, especially in times of war. The analysis emphasizes the importance of efficient management of the military bond issuance program to ensure uninterrupted funding of the country's needs. Визначено, що сільські території займають важливе місце в формуванні продовольчого забезпечення аграрного сектора економіки України, адже в сільській місцевості проживає близько третини населення держави, які спроможні активізувати відтворювальний процес сільського господарства. Розраховано індекси соціально-економічної компоненти та інтегральний індекс відтворення розвитку сільських територій в Україні на 2023-2026 рр. Розроблено сценарій трансформаційного процесу на відтворення розвитку сільських територій в аспекті формування продовольчого забезпечення аграрного сектора економіки України. Установлено, що удосконалення соціальноекономічних інструментів на селі дає можливість протягом 2023-2026 років підвищити рівень розвитку на 26%. На засадах сценарного моделювання доведено, що удосконалення соціально-економічних інструментів на селі сприяє збільшенню рівня продовольчого забезпечення країни на 55,2%, з паралельним позитивним підвищенням рівня доходів та якості життя сільського населення.; The article analyzes the functional model of food supply in the agrarian sector of the economy, considering the socio-economic component of rural development and the well-being of villagers. Introduction. Today, the food potential of the agricultural sector in modern conditions requires the formation of effective tools for the intensive development of rural areas, increasing the standard of living of the rural population and improving the demographic situation as a whole. Results. Rural areas play a crucial role in the formation of food supply in the Ukrainian agricultural sector. This is due to the fact that approximately one-third of the country's population resides in rural areas, which have the potential to activate the reproductive process of agriculture. The socio-economic component indexes and the integral index of reproduction for the development of rural areas in Ukraine from 2023-2026 have been calculated. A scenario for the transformational process of developing rural areas and forming food security in the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy has been developed. Based on scenario modeling, it has been demonstrated that improving socio-economic tools in rural areas increases the country's food supply by 55.2%. This improvement also leads to a positive increase in the income and quality of life of the rural population. Conclusions. It has been proved that the improvement of the socio-economic condition of the rural population contributes to the reproduction of the development of rural areas.
