This is especially true for civilians who live in the frontline areas, near the combat zone, and are under constant rocket fire and shelling. This provokes such a physiological reaction as the release of adrenaline, which makes the residents of frontline cities addicted to adrenaline, which can significantly affect not only family and work relations, but also the general psychological background of a certain area. This phenomenon has a different individual psycho-emotional color depending on the gender of the individual, but the problems it provokes are equally difficult for the entire society. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the scientific bases of the formation of adrenaline addiction among the residents of the front-line territories of Ukraine, emphasizing the specificity due to belonging to the female or male sex, as well as to develop practical recommendations for overcoming this psychophysiological phenomenon. Results. The essential characterization of adrenaline addiction as a non-standard psychological manifestation of the residents of the frontline territories of Ukraine to the traumatic events of the war was carried out. The historical perspective of the impact of the war on the mental health of men and women living in the frontline areas was studied. Analysis and evaluation of the results of an empirical study on the formation of adrenaline addiction among the residents of the frontline territories (based on the materials of the city of Mykolaiv). Ways of overcoming the adrenaline addiction were determined and summarized. Conclusions. The main goal of Ukrainian society in overcoming adrenaline addiction in a significant number of citizens, first of all, those who were in the zone of active hostilities or in the frontline territories, is to reduce the probability of negative consequences in the form of unreasonable exposure to risks for their personal lives. It is important to organize for this category of people such safe ways of feeling the influx of adrenaline, which allow to feel emotional saturation without increased risk to life. These transactions are associated with certain risks. This requires the identification of ways to manage them. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to identify and systematize the risks of the market of virtual assets, and identify the possibilities of their insurance. The classification of risks of cryptocurrency assets was proposed according to such features as areas of occurrence, nature of losses received, subjects of the cryptocurrency asset market, types of cryptocurrency operations, composition of the object, composition of subjects of the cryptocurrency asset market, connection of the risk with other types of it, levels of financial losses when carrying out transactions with cryptocurrency assets, possibility of management. The components of operational risks in the market of cryptocurrency assets were proposed. The main risks for miners, investors, traders, owners of cryptocurrency wallets and participants in the infrastructure of the market of cryptocurrency assets were identified. It was found that the limiting factors for the development of cryptocurrency risk insurance are problems with the assessment of insurance risks, problems with the determination of the identity of the insured, the problem of the possible anonymity of the owners of crypto wallets. Conclusions. The risk of cryptocurrency assets can be considered in a broad and narrow sense. In a broad sense, the risk of cryptocurrency assets is the probability of the occurrence of certain events, as a result of which there is a possibility of obtaining negative, zero or positive economic results. In a narrower sense, the risk of cryptocurrency assets is the probability of their total or partial loss under conditions of uncertainty. The impact of negative socio-economic changes requires the development and formation of complex directions and approaches to the development of rural areas, taking into account a number of features that are gaining weight. Purpose. Research of the essence, goals, directions, tasks and approaches to the implementation of rural territories in the conditions of the development of a strategic course of socio-economic development, justification of approaches to the socioeconomic development of rural territories, modern principles of the implementation of a comprehensive approach to the socioeconomic development of rural territories. Results. Intensive agricultural land use leads to the decrease of soil fertility due to its over-compaction, in particular chernozems, loss of lumpy-granular structure, water permeability and aeration capacity with all the ecological consequences. The sale of agricultural land has created an urgent need to establish an effective management mechanism in the field of use and protection of state agricultural land, prevention of abuse, prevention of social tension in this area. Conclusions. Solving these problems is possible if the following approaches are followed: - spatio-temporal complex state land management forecasting, planning and design at the national, regional and, above all, local levels. Визначено критерії безпеки екологічної стійкості природного капіталу мисливських господарств України за адитивною та мультикативною формою їх прояву.; In the article the economic dominance of the resource opportunities of hunting grounds in the environmental policy of Ukraine is formed. The structural placement of hunt-ing grounds between the subjects of their use, the recreational value of which takes into account the hunting and plant origin in the countries of Europe and Ukraine, is presented. Results. A methodical approach to the reproduction of hunting natural resources with a high level of environmental sustainability of natural capital in order to evaluate the effectiveness of its use in the practical activities of hunting farms on the basis of the existing environmental policy of the country, integrated in the space of public-private partnership is justified. A block diagram of the re-productive process and a matrix of impacts of the ecosystem of hunting farms on the resource poten-tial of natural capital have been constructed. The toolkit and the complex methodology of economic evaluation of the level of environmental sustainability of natural capital in the ecosystem of hunting farms are substantiated. The economic indicators of effective development of hunting farms in Ukraine are analyzed. Conclusions. The ecological and economic effect of reproduction of natural resources of hunting in the countries of Europe and Ukraine was evaluated. The amount of budgetary investment costs for reproduction of resource potential of natural capital of hunting farms of Ukraine was deter-mined. The methodology of assessment of the level of security of ecological sustainability of the natu-ral capital of hunting farms under the influence of stimulating and inhibiting factors is proposed.
