The qualification work is devoted to the analysis of the processes of digitalisa-tion of the banking sector in Ukraine. The thesis examines the theoretical and legal foundations of digitalisation, the role of financial inclusion, as well as the experience of foreign countries in this area. The current state of digital banking services in Ukraine is assessed, including the dynamics of online banking, mobile payments and the development of fintech innovations. Attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and Russian military aggression on accelerating the digi-tal transformation of the banking sector Based on the study, the author proposes strategic directions for the develop-ment of digitalisation of the banking sector, including stimulating open banking, in-troducing modern digital technologies, increasing the level of financial literacy of the population and strengthening cybersecurity. Recommendations for improving the regulatory framework to support the digital transformation of the banking system of Ukraine have been developed.
