Визначено вплив глобалізації на світову економіку, окремі сфери й галузі, території, конкурентні позиції держав й регіонів світу. Обумовлено тісний взаємозв’язок із соціально-економічними чинниками розвитку, потребою у забезпеченні процесу відтворення, впливом на довкілля. Доведено, що глобальні процеси у різних сферах й галузях світової економіки спонукають до необхідності спільного вирішення політичних, соціально-економічних, екологічних питань. Процеси, які відбуваються у глобалізаційному середовищі, потребують об’єднання зусиль світових лідерів, міжнародних організацій, громадських діячів. Тільки спільна політика нівелювання загроз, у тому числі екологічного характеру, надасть можливість забезпечити збереження довкілля держав й регіонів світу. Доведено, що спільна політика на умовах партнерства дозволяє об’єднати зусилля з метою захисту навколишнього природного середовища, привернути увагу до екологічних проблем планети, визначити пріоритетність екологічних вимірів глобального світу. Обґрунтовано, що узгоджена екологічна політика, відповідальність на різних рівнях управління, достатність фінансування екологічних проектів, дозволить обмежити температурне зростання й нівелювати глобальну екологічну катастрофу. Визначено необхідність створення Екологічного Кодексу, екологічного суду.; The manifestations of globalization are of a different scale and character, due to the ability of individual systems to adapt to change. The development of most countries of the world shows adaptation to the manifestations of globalization in the political, socio-economic and environmental spheres. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the priorities of society development, taking into account global ecological challenges, identifying the features of the environmental dimension of environmental impact, and implementing ratified environmental agreements in order to limit the negative manifestations in certain territories. The practical implementation of environmental measures is regulated by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, ratified by the Paris Agreement. Results. The processes occurring in the globalization environment require the combined efforts of world leaders, international organizations, public figures. Only a joint policy of leveling threats, including environmental ones, will ensure the preservation of the environment of states and regions of the world. It is proved that the general policy on the terms of partnership allows us to combine efforts to protect the environment, draw attention to environmental problems, and prioritize the environmental dimensions of the world. It has been substantiated that a coordinated environmental policy, responsibility at different levels of management, the adequacy of financing environmental projects will limit thermal growth and level the global environmental catastrophe. The need to create an Environmental Code, an environmental court has been determined. Conclusions. The basic priority of Ukraine's environmental policy is the adaptation and implementation of a number of environmental measures in view of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, ratified by the Paris Agreement. The practical implementation of environmental tasks at the state, regional and local levels should be in line with the ratified Agreement, the implementation of certain EU laws, and the existing transboundary threats. Обґрунтовано призначення функціонування екосистеми FinTech. Проаналізовано ризики учасників екосистеми FinTech. Over the past decades, the development of the Internet has revolutionized communication, which has become a major factor in world economic growth and a powerful tool for sustainable development. On the one hand, it has made it possible for businesses and consumers around the world to benefit from the efficiency, speed and convenience of digital transactions and the information exchange, on the other hand, it has increased the likelihood of financial loss, data leakage and reputational losses through cybercrime. Purpose of the research is to study the place, role and purpose of regulatory technologies as part of the financial technologies ecosystem. Results. The FinTech ecosystem is a complex of traditional financial intermediaries, their associations, FinTechcompanies, infrastructure companies, startups, regulators, accelerators, incubators (sandboxes) and consumers that interact with each other in cyberspace, thereby increasing the efficiency of customer satisfaction, the security of financial transactions, optimizing of service providers and regulators activity. Its purpose is to maintaine the choice of society through transparent and fair processes and tools; to provide its participants at all levels with accessible, reliable, flexible tools; influence on some participants of the FinTech ecosystem when applying tools to other participants; encourage the sustainability of the FinTech ecosystem. Increase of the costs and risks control effectiveness, release of excess regulatory capital, providing new opportunities for startups, consulting companies and FinTech companies are the benefits of RegTech for financial service providers. RegTech (SupTech) allows regulators continuously monitor financial market for prompt identification of problems, reduces time needed to investigate violations of compliance by financial institutions, promotes the creation of incubators that identify the likely effects of the introduction of new tools and business models in the financial market. Conclusions. Regulatory technologies are an integral part of FinTech, within which big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain are actively used. The development of RegTech has intensified as financial crises become more frequent, resulting in increased regulatory requirements for financial institutions. As a result, regulatory technologies are actively implemented by financial institutions to improve the efficiency of regulators' compliance, and also regulators use such a component as SupTech to optimize their supervisory functions. Короткий огляд (реферат): The People’s Republic of China is Ukraine’s major trade partner in the Asia-Pacific region and its second global trade partner after the Russian Federation. To understand the existing level of bilateral trade and its efficiency and impact on Ukrainian economy, it is necessary to utilize not only quantitative parameters but also analytical indicators of external trade, such as the comparison of trade patterns, in order to determine the level of consistency of trade and the prospects of possible cooperation. Purpose. To analyze the status of contemporary bilateral trade cooperation between Ukraine and China, to measure the consistency of Ukrainian-Chinese trade by using the direct and reversed trade complementarity indexes, and to determine the role and position of China among Ukraine’s major trade partners in the Asia-Pacific region. Results. Quantitative analysis of commodities trade was conducted. General trends of trade between Ukraine and the China were outlined. The result of the calculation of direct and reversed trade complementarity indexes were used to provide valuable insight into the possible prospects of bilateral trade, and problems and threats to economic security were uncovered due to the changes in trade patterns of Ukraine by comparing them to the respective parameters of partners in the Asia-Pacific region. Conclusion. The trade between Ukraine and China is growing steadily despite negative trends in the Ukrainian economy. However, the structure and quality of trade are decreasing, and the gap between Ukrainian exports to China and imports from China to Ukraine is constantly growing. It is evident that China is becoming a competitor to Ukraine on the global market and is less interested in Ukrainian exports. Possible actions to prevent and avoid severe competition and improve trade relations were proposed.; Китайська Народна Республіка є головним торговельним партнером України в Азіатсько-Тихоокеанському регіоні та другим торговельним партнером у світі після Російської Федерації. Для розуміння наявного рівня двосторонньої торгівлі з Китаєм, її ефективності та впливу на українську економіку необхідно використовувати не тільки кількісні параметри, а й аналітичні показники зовнішньої торгівлі, такі як порівняння торговельної номенклатури з метою визначення рівня відповідності структури торгівлі та перспектив можливої співпраці. Метою статті є аналіз стану поточного двостороннього торговельного співробітництва між Україною та Китаєм, вимір відповідності структури українсько-китайської торгівлі за допомогою прямого та зворотного індексів комплементарності торгівлі, визначення ролі й позиції Китаю серед основних торговельних партнерів України в Азіатсько-Тихоокеанському регіоні. В статті проведено кількісний аналіз торгівлі товарами між Україною та Китаєм, окреслено загальні тенденції торгівлі. Результати розрахунку прямих та зворотних індексів комплементарності торгівлі були використані для того, щоб визначити можливі перспективи двосторонньої торгівлі, проблеми та загрози для зовнішньоекономічної безпеки України внаслідок змін у вітчизняній структурі торгівлі, порівнюючи її з відповідними параметрами країн-партнерів в Азіатсько-Тихоокеанському регіоні. Було встановлено, що торгівля між Україною та Китаєм постійно зростає випереджальними темпами попри негативні тенденції у вітчизняній економіці. Структура та якість торгівлі зменшуються, і розрив між комплементарністю експорту до Китаю та комплементарністю імпорту з Китаю в Україну постійно зростає. Встановлено, що з кожним роком Китай є менш зацікавлений в українському експорті. Запропоновано можливі заходи щодо запобігання та уникнення жорсткої конкуренції та поліпшення торговельних відносин.
