Досліджено процес виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції з урахуванням екологічних чинників. Обґрунтовано значущість показників якості ґрунтів, а також їх вплив на землекористування сільськогосподарських підприємств для виробництва органічної продукції. Рекомендовано оптимальну екологічну стратегію для більшості сільськогосподарських підприємств України. Розглянуто процеси розвитку органічних харчових продуктів в Україні, а також висвітлено суть та значення поняття «органічна продукція». Доведено доцільність органічного виробництва та розглянуто чинники впливу органічної продукції на суспільство. Запропоновано ефективний спосіб покращення стану ґрунтів та земель, збільшення їх родючості в подальшій перспективі. This determines the urgency of harmonizing national policies in the field of reorganization, modernization and development sectors of the economy, and in the provision of services with policies on environmental protection, rational use of natural resources, public health, the formation and use of mechanisms to address these problems, taking into account the situation and the laws of a market economy. This article examines the process of agricultural production taking into account environmental factors and ensuring the rational use of land resources. The importance of soil quality indicators, as well as their impact on land use of agricultural enterprises for the production of organic products is substantiated. The optimal ecological strategy is recommended for most agricultural enterprises of Ukraine. The processes of development of organic food products in Ukraine were considered, as well as the essence and meaning of the concept of "organic products". The expediency of organic production is proved and the factors of influence of organic products on society are considered. An effective way to improve the condition of soils and lands, increase their fertility in the future. The importance of crop rotations for improving the efficiency and fertility of land resources of Ukraine has been established. Purpose. In this context, the organization of rational and efficient land use includes creating the best conditions for organic production, reproduction and protection of soil fertility, increasing its role in agricultural production, scientifically sound interaction of soils with other natural factors, ensuring the development of the most complete and correct criteria, methods and techniques. Scientifically substantiated alternation of crops and vapors in time and territory or only in time (rotation) in advance according to a defined plan, and is accompanied by an appropriate tillage system. Therefore, due to the modern realities of the market economy, one of the main and urgent tasks of the company is to ensure the proper quality of products. The purpose of this task is to gain an advantage over competitors and take a leading position in the existing market. Assessment of the level of product quality in comparison with other representatives of the industry forms the concept of "competitiveness". Competitiveness is one of the central categories of modern economics; it has a decisive influence on the successful functioning of the subjects of competitive relations, as well as on the efficiency and stability of the market mechanism as a whole. Thus, the competitiveness of the enterprise can be defined as the ability of the enterprise to better supply of goods or services, compared with competitors, by providing goods or services with differentiated properties in compliance with quality standards. The purpose of the article is to assess the prospects for the development of the enterprise in the industry on the basis of the level of competitiveness based on the construction of the matrix "industry attractiveness-competitiveness". Results. Taking into account all the data obtained in the analysis of the cost structure and financial condition of the enterprise, it will be appropriate to introduce management accounting, which is a comprehensive system and also includes accounting. A number of such measures can be proposed to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise, namely: 1) the formation of a management accounting system; 2) development of a marketing model to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise; 3) elimination of problems with receivables; 4) optimization of transport costs of the enterprise; 5) diversification of activities. The above measures will allow gradually increasing competitiveness and not losing the acquired position in this market segment. This will be possible by increasing sales and reducing production costs. Conclusions Based on the results of the study required by the researched company, it will be as consistent as possible with the strategic goals of the company. Using the analysis of financial efficiency and competitiveness of this company, we can conclude that the choice of concentration strategy in the segment is appropriate, because according to the forecast it will strengthen the company's position in the market of flour. Метою статті є обґрунтування доцільності використання економіко-математичних моделей для виявлення ризиків інвестиційних проєктів у сільськогосподарському виробництві з урахуванням випадковості факторів. Визначено доцільність використання даного методу під час аналізу проєктів у сільському господарстві. Розглянуто основні характеристики інвестиційного проєкту, що ґрунтуються на тому, що: інвестиції передбачають значні фінансові витрати; віддача від інвестицій може бути отримана через декілька років; у прогнозуванні результатів інвестиційного проєкту присутні елементи ризику і невизначеності. Запропоновано алгоритм аналізу інвестиційних проєктів, що складається з різних етапів. Обґрунтовано важливість дослідження ризиків інвестиційних проєктів у сільськогосподарському виробництві. Розв’язано питання щодо вибору інвестиційного проєкту свиноферми сімейного фермерського господарства. Розраховано суму очікуваної NPV, що становить 63158,80 грн при стандартному відхиленні 43777,90 гривень. Коефіцієнт варіації склав 0,69, тому ризик даного проєкту в цілому нижче середнього ризику інвестиційного портфеля фермерського господарства.; The article deals with the modeling features in the implementation of investment projects using the Monte Carlo method. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the feasibility of using economic and mathematical models to identify the risks of investment projects in agricultural production, taking into account the randomness of factors. Results. The expediency of using this method during the analysis of projects in agriculture is determined. This type of modeling is a universal method of research and evaluation of the effectiveness of open systems, the behavior of which depends on the influence of random factors. Particular attention is paid in such cases to decisions on the implementation of investment projects. The expediency of using this method in the analysis of projects in agriculture is determined. The main characteristics of the investment project are considered: investments involve significant financial costs; investment return can be obtained in a few years; there are elements of risk and uncertainty in forecasting the results of the investment project. The algorithm of the analysis of investment projects consisting of various stages is offered. The importance of investigating the risks of investment projects in agricultural production is substantiated. It is investigated that the basis of the Monte Carlo method is a random number generator, which consists of two stages: generation of a normalized random number (uniformly distributed from 0 to 1) and conversion of a random number into an arbitrary distribution law. The task of choosing an investment project for a pig farm is proposed. The calculations revealed that the amount of the expected NPV is UAH 63,158.80 with a standard deviation of UAH 43,777.90. The coefficient of variation was 0.69, so the risk of this project is generally lower than the average risk of the investment portfolio of the farm. Conclusions. The results of the analysis obtained using the method of Monte Carlo simulation are quite simple to interpret and reflect the change of factors over a significant interval, taking into account the probabilistic nature of economic factors. Thus, this method allows the implementation of the investment project to assess the impact of uncertainty on the final result of the project. Досягнення продовольчої безпеки є однією з Глобальних цілей сталого розвитку до 2030 р., що поставлені ООН перед країнами-членами на Cаміті зі сталого розвитку. Метою статті є розкриття проблем і перспектив розвитку аграрного сектору у контексті забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України. Споживання населенням України основних видів харчових продуктів менше за науково-обґрунтовані норми. Водночас спостерігається постійне зростання частки аграрної продукції у структурі експорту. Україна має далеко не найкращі позиції за Глобальним індексом продовольчої безпеки та поступається не тільки всім країнам Європи, але й тим країнам, куди вона експортує продовольство. За рахунок продукції тваринного походження калорійність раціону забезпечується лише на 28 % при оптимальному рівні 55 %. Неприпустимо високою є частка витрат населення на харчування: більше, ніж половина загальних сукупних витрат, що у 3-5 разів перевищує аналогічні показники країн ЄС. Приріст аграрного виробництва має відбутися за умов дотримання екологічних норм та міжнародних стандартів якості продовольства.; The article is devoted to the problems of agricultural development as a basis for ensuring food security in Ukraine. Food security is one of the important components of economic security, which creates a basis for further progress and development of the state. Achieving food security is one of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development by 2030, set by the UN to member countries at the Summit on Sustainable Development. The purpose of the article is to reveal the problems and prospects for the development of the agricultural sector in the context of ensuring food security in Ukraine. Results. It has been determined that the contribution of agricultural production to the GDP in Ukraine is quite significant. According to the results of 2018, 89% of agricultural enterprises have received a profit. The consumption of main types of food products by the population of Ukraine is less than the scientifically substantiated norms, namely: the actual consumption of meat is 64% of the norm; milk and dairy products - 52%; eggs - 94.8%; fish - 59%; fruits, berries and grapes - 53%. At the same time, there is a steady increase in the share of agricultural products in the structure of exports (in 2019 - 44.2%). According to the Global Food Security Index, Ukraine does not have the best positions and yields not only to all European countries, but also to those countries to which it exports food. Conclusions. Ukraine occupies the 76th out of 112 positions in the 2019 Global Food Security Index. Problems that pose potential threats to food security are acute, particularly, the lack of balance in the diet of Ukrainians. Due to the products of animal origin, the caloric value of the diet is provided only by 28% at the optimal level of 55%. The share of the population's expenditures on food products is unacceptably high: more than half of the total aggregate expenditures, which is higher than the similar indicators of the EU countries by 3-5 times. The increase in agricultural production should take place in compliance with environmental norms and international food quality standards.
