Abstract

Дослідження питань формування нормативно-правового забезпечення об’єднаних територіальних громад є надзвичайно актуальним. Після створення нового адміністративного центру об’єднаної територіальної громади, мешканці сіл, селищ, міст потребують забезпечення життєдіяльності. Розвиток новоствореної територіальної громади вимагає ефективного використання її потенціалу, має відповідати інтересам населення і європейським засадам державної регіональної політики. Такий підхід повинен враховувати усі аспекти стратегії розвитку: освітнє, наукове та інформаційне, фінансове, земельне, майнове та інше.
