Abstract

У статті з’ясовано, що необхідність експертизи дошкільної освіти закріплено на законодавчому рівні Німеччини. Визначено структуру педагогічної концепції та параметри якості діяльності німецьких дошкільних закладів освіти. Проаналізовано інструменти проведення внутрішньої та зовнішньої експертизи в галузі дошкільної освіти Німеччини.

The article is devoted to the examination of evaluation in the field of preschool education in Germany. It is established that the need for evaluaton of preschool education is fixed at the level of the federal states of Germany. The structure of the pedagogical concept is defined. It has been established that the study of the quality of orientations, structure, interaction with parents and pedagogical activity is the basis for the system “German quality mark for preschool educational institutions”, with the help of which documentary evidence of the quality of the activities of the pre-school education institution (certification) is carried out. The parameters of the quality of the activities of German preschool educational institutions are determined. The tools for conducting internal and external evaluation in the field of preschool education in Germany have been clarified. The main tools for studying the quality of orientations and structure are interviews, a survey of the management and teaching staff of a preschool educational institution, documentation analysis, observation, and a written survey of parents. The study of the quality of the pedagogical process is carried out by observing experts over children in a preschool educational institution using scales for kindergartens.
