Тенденції розвитку землеустрою в Україні

Abstract

Землеустрій у сучасних умовах має бути не лише системою технічних заходів щодо перерозподілу земель, а й дієвим засобом досягнення екологічної стійкості навколишнього природного середовища в гармонійному поєднанні економічних, соціальних та естетичних інтересів суб‘єктів земельних відносин. Потрібно піднести роль землеустрою і в правовому забезпеченні системи земельних відносин завдяки розробці, прийняттю й реалізації необхідних законів та нормативно-правових актів. Проблемним питанням на сьогодні являється формування перспективи розвитку й капіталізації сільськогосподарського землекористування в межах територіальних громад. Для створення сприятливих умов ефективного розвитку конкурентних агропромисловихпідприємств – усі чинники впливу розподіляють за важливістю.

Land management in modern conditions should be not only a system of technical measures for land redistribution, but also an effective means of achieving environmental sustainability of the natural environment in a harmonious combination of economic, social and aesthetic interests of subjects of land relations. It is necessary to raise the role of land management in the legal support of the system of land relations thanks to the development, adoption and implementation of the necessary laws and regulations. The problematic issue today is the formation of the prospects for the development and capitalization of agricultural land use within the territorial communities. To create favorable conditions for the effective development of competitive agro-industrial enterprises, all factors of influence are distributed according to their importance.
