Підвищення продуктивності свиней на відгодівлі за використання кормової добавки «Перфектин»

Abstract

В статті представлено результати вивчення продуктивності молодняку свиней у період відгодівлі залежно від використання кормової добавки «Перфектин». Науково-виробничі дослідження виконані в умовах ТОВ «Таврійські свині» Херсонської області, на групі помісного молодняку свиней (♀(ВБ×Л)×♂Макстер). В результаті досліджень встановлена доцільність використання добавки «Перфектин» для годівлі молодняку у період відгодівлі. Доведено, що за умови уведення до основного раціону годівлі молодняку на відгодівлі, 2 кг «Перфектину», на 1 т комбікорму, можливо збільшити середньодобові прирости на 6,43%, зменшити витрати корму на 5,06% внаслідок чого на 9,3 дні раніше підсвинки досягають живої маси 100 кг. За використання кормової добавки «Перфектин» внаслідок кращого синтезу м’язової тканини можливе підвищення м’ясних якостей. М’ясо, отримане від тварин дослідних груп (ОР+«Перфектин») відзначалося кращими якісними показниками та характеризується як нежирне.

Feeding is one of the most important and simultaneously costly factors of influence, because usually the cost of feeding is 60-70% of the total costs. Therefore, analyzing the efficiency of feeding, first of all pay attention to the conversion rate of feed. In order to improve the conversion rate of feed and performance indicators, the use of phytogenic products is quite popular in feeding recently. They are also used as a natural alternative to antibiotic growth stimulants, especially full-cycle companies, for which both the growth rates of animals and the quality of the final product are important. The aim of the research is to study the productivity of young pigs during the fattening period, depending on the feeding of the food supplement «Perfectin». Scientific and industrial research was carried out in the conditions of the Limited Liability Company (LLC) «Tavrian pigs» of the Kherson Region, Skadovsk, which specializes in breeding pigs of large white, Ukrainian meat, pietrеn, landrace and terminal Makster. The scientific and economic experience consisted in the study of the productive qualities of fattening pigs combination ♀ (WB × L) × ♂Maxter depending on feeding of the feed additive «Perfectin», producer of Wetpharm Ltd., Ukraine and its impact on their productivity. This feed additive is fed to pigs in the form of a powder in the amount of 2 kg per 1 ton of mixed fodder, the main diet (OP). The study of fattening, slaughtering and meat-and-salvage qualities of the experimental animals was carried out with the appropriate methodological recommendations of the Institute of Pig Production of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The results of the research make it possible to assert that: when introducing to the main ration of feeding young animals for fattening, 2 kg «Perfectin», per 1 ton of mixed fodder, it is possible to increase the average daily weight gain by 6.43%, to reduce the feed costs by 5.06% , 3 days before the live weight of 100 kg is achieved. With the use of the «Perfectin» fodder additive, as a result of the best synthesis of muscle tissue, it is possible to increase the meat qualities: slaughter yield by 3.9%, carcass length by 2.1 cm, muscular eye area by 2.4 cm2. Meat obtained from the animals of experimental groups (OR + Perfectin) was marked by the best quality indicators and is characterized as low-fat.
