У роботі розкрито особливості здійснення обліково-інформаційного забезпечення формування та подання тендерної позиції учасника публічних закупівель; проаналізовано особливості участі у публічних закупівлях досліджуваного підприємства; зазначено облікове і звітне відображення операцій з участі підприємства у публічних закупівлях; визначено особливості внутрішнього та зовнішнього контролю публічних закупівель. Запропоновано облікове відображення витрат на участь у публічних закупівлях; використання моніторингу Prozorro та комерційних закупівель для інформаційного забезпечення участі у публічних закупівлях; накреслено перші кроки учасника процедур закупівель; проаналізовано переваги публічних і комерційних закупівель для досліджуваного підприємства; сформовано комплексну систему контролю за виконанням умов договору;узагальнено практичний досвід типових помилок складання тендерної документації.

The paper reveals the peculiarities of accounting and information support for the formation and submission of the tender position of a public procurement participant; the peculiarities of participation in public procurement of the researched enterprise are analyzed; the accounting and reporting reflection of operations on participation of the enterprise in public procurements is specified; features of internal and external control of public procurement are determined. Accounting reflection of expenses for participation in public procurements is offered; use of Prozorro monitoring and commercial procurement to provide information on participation in public procurement; the first steps of the participant of procurement procedures are outlined; the advantages of public and commercial procurement for the researched enterprise are analyzed; formed a comprehensive system of control over the implementation of the contract, summarized the practical experience of typical errors in the preparation of tender documents.
