Укритися, неможливо ризикувати: яким у Миколаєві був захист населення під час обстрілів ракетами

Abstract

З перших днів війни Миколаїв постійно зазнавав обстрілів ракетами з різного озброєння : ракетами С-300, С-400, Х-55, «Калібр», зброї типу Смерч, та крилатими ракетами. Сам факт застосування непрофільних зенітних ракет для ударів по населеним пунктам, зокрема по місту Миколаєву, виглядає абсурдно та фантасмагоричне. На жаль, жертвами таких ракетних ударів стали мирні громадяни міста. У такий ситуації, коли є багато руйнувань, жертв й постраждалих, є потреба подбати про заходи безпеки для населення. Ще у перші дні Миколаївська обласна адміністрація оприлюднила перелік захисних споруд цивільного захисту, які готові були прихистити миколаївців, але результати інспектування були невтішні. У більшості бомбосховищ завалені проходи, відсутні засоби захисту, жахлива вогкість, у приміщеннях купа непотребу, сміття. Зрозуміло, місцева влада повинно дбати про безпеку людей.

The very fact of using non-core anti-aircraft missiles for strikes on populated areas, in particular the city of Mykolaiv, looks absurd and phantasmagoric. Unfortunately, the victims of such missile attacks were the peaceful citizens of the city. In such a situation, when there is a lot of destruction, victims and victims, there is a need to take care of safety measures for the population. Even in the first days, the Mykolaiv regional administration published a list of protective structures of civil protection that were ready to shelter the people of Mykolaiv, but the results of the inspection were disappointing. In most of the bomb shelters, the passageways are blocked, there are no protective equipment, there is terrible humidity, there is a lot of junk and garbage in the premises. Of course, local authorities should take care of people's safety.
