Експортна діяльність аграрних підприємств України: тенденції, специфіка, формування потенціалу

Abstract

Дослідження присвячено аналізу сучасного стану експортної діяльності підприємств аграрного сектора України; визначенню його інвестиційних можливостей в умовах політичної кризи. Виявлено специфіку і фактори, що впливають на формування експортного потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Розроблено рекомендації щодо напрямів його удосконалення.

Исследование посвящено анализу современного состояния экспортной деятельности предприятий аграрного сектора Украины; определению его инвестиционных возможностей в условиях политического кризиса. Выявлено специфику и факторы, влияющие на формирование экспортного потенциала аграрных предприятий. Разработаны на этой основе рекомендации относи¬тельно направлений его усовершенствования.

The study deals with the analysis of the current situation with Ukraine's agrarian enterprises' exports. The definition of its investment opportunities in the political crisis is done. It was determined that theoretical and methodological basis of export potential forming of agrarian enterprises is common, but each branch as crop industry and livestock has its own specifics. It was proved that growth of the agricultural sector is possible due to the concentration of land and agricultural intensification of production and its export potential increase. It is treated in Ukraine as purely positive process that contributes to the country's crisis recovery. It was indicated that further effective development of the agrarian enterprises and increase of its export potential is able to be done due to the increase of the exports' share of agricultural products with high added value. Instead, the modern Ukrainian exports is characterized by a large proportion of products with raw directivity and low added value, leading to the depletion of the resource base of the country and increases the economic sensitivity to various exogenous factors and price changes. The tactics of linking ways and mechanisms of agrarian exports' increase is corrected. The factors influencing the export potential of agrarian businesses are identified and classified. The recommendations of its improvement are developed.
