Abstract

The article is devoted to Ukraine’s cooperation with the European Union in the context of territorial development, which is a key aspect of integration into the European space. The main initiatives are considered, such as the U-LEAD with Europe program, the Smart Cities Challenge, and the Ukraine Facility, which contribute to the restoration of infrastructure, increasing energy efficiency, digitalization, and sustainable development. The emphasis is on the importance of combating the consequences of aggression, adapting to European standards, and implementing innovative solutions. The EU supports Ukraine through financial assistance and macro-regional strategies, contributing to the modernization of public administration and strengthening economic stability.
