Суспільно-географічні аспекти будівництва об`єктів аграрної інфраструктури Одеської області в умовах повоєнного відновлення

Abstract

Досліджено суспільно-географічні аспекти будівництва та відновлення об`єктів аграрної інфраструктури Одеської обл. в умовах воєнних і повоєнних викликів. На основі верифікованих даних Київської школи економіки та Держстату проаналізовано масштаби руйнувань аграрної інфраструктури в Україні, виявлено регіональну специфіку Одещини, обґрунтовано пріоритетні напрями будівництва і відновлення в розрізі суспільно-географічного підходу

The paper investigates the socio-geographical aspects of construction and reconstruction of agricultural infrastructure facilities in the Odesa region under wartime and post-war conditions. Drawing on verified data from the Kyiv School of Economics and the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the study analyses the scale of agricultural infrastructure destruction in Ukraine, identifies the regional specifics of the Odesa region, and substantiates priority directions for construction and restoration within the socio-geographical framework. Direct damages to Ukraine`s agricultural sector amount to USD 10.3 billion, including the destruction of grain storage facilities with a capacity of 8.2 million tonnes (restoration cost USD 1.33 billion). For the Odesa region, the priority construction directions are the restoration of port transhipment terminals, the modernisation of irrigation and drainage systems in the Black Sea and Dniester areas, and the expansion of modern grain storage networks in the central districts. A spatially differentiated regional recovery strategy combining state financing, international grants and private investment is proposed.
