ФІНАНСУВАННЯ СОЦІАЛІЗАЦІЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

У статті досліджено питання фінансування соціалізації освіти в Україні. Встановлено, що соціалізація – це процес накопичення особистістю соціального досвіду та відтворення його у власній життєдіяльності. Проаналізовано нормативно-правове забезпечення в галузі освіти. Надано характеристику основних складових процесу соціалізації. Систематизовано інститути соціалізації особистості. Проаналізовано динаміку видатків на освіту в Україні за 2007-2017 рр. Визначено частку видатків на освіту в загальних видатках державного бюджету України. Проаналізовано розміри видатків на освіту в зарубіжних країнах. Наведено перелік основних джерел фінансування соціалізації освіти в Україні. Проведено SWOT- аналіз фінансування соціалізації освіти в Україні.

The article examines the funding issues of socialization of education in Ukraine.
