Використання потенціалу системи кооперації в контексті нарощення обсягів експорту зернових аграрними підприємствами регіону

Abstract

У статті визначена необхідність реалізації потенціалу кооперації з метою нарощення експорту зернових аграрними підприємствами регіону. Досліджено розвиток кооперації в розвинених країнах світу. Проведено SWOT-аналіз розвитку коопераційних об’єднань в сфері виробництва та експорту зернової продукції аграрними підприємствами регіону. Наведено схему збуту зерна через сільськогосподарський обслуговуючий кооператив. Описано фактори успішної діяльності сільськогосподарського обслуговуючого кооперативу та визначено напрямки державної підтримки розвитку кооперації в аграрному секторі економіки.

В статье определена необходимость реализации потенциала кооперации с целью наращивания экспорта зерновых аграрными предприятиями региона. Исследовано развитие кооперации в развитых странах мира. Проведен SWOT-анализ развития кооперационных объединений в сфере производства и экспорта зерновой продукции аграрными предприятиями региона. Приведена схема сбыта зерна через сельскохозяйственный обслуживающий кооператив. Описаны факторы успешной деятельности сельскохозяйственного обслуживающего кооператива и определены направления государственной поддержки развития кооперации в аграрном секторе экономики.

Significant amounts of domestic grain production and sustained high demand for it in the global market promote entry of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises to the world's leading exporters of grain. Agricultural cooperatives is the leading cooperative sector of the economy of Ukraine plays an important role in increasing retail turnover, harvesting of agricultural products, development of logistics farms. So, from the way we believe that agricultural cooperation can promote greater exports of grain agricultural enterprises in the region. The article outlines the need to realize the potential of cooperation in order to increase the exports of grain by agrarian enterprises in the region. The main reason of this situation is belonging of the main export volumes of grain products to the ten largest grain traders of Ukraine. At the same time, grain producers receive a minimum price for their products. The development of cooperation in the world was investigated. The main types of cooperatives, which can combine domestic farms depending on the form and degree of specialization, industrial and economic activity were named. A SWOT-analysis of cooperative associations in the production and export of grain by agrarian enterprises of the region had been done in order to identify opportunities and threats of cooperative usage. It was noted that the development of cooperation in the regions of Ukrainian grain production contributes to such items as an increase in grain production in the regions of Ukraine; availability of transport infrastructure for sales in domestic and foreign markets; experience of agrarian cooperatives and domestic enterprises. The scheme of grain sales on foreign markets through agrarian cooperatives was shown. We describe the general content of the functioning of agrarian cooperatives, which is aimed to increase the amount of grain export by agrarian enterprises in the region. The successful agrarian cooperative activities, including the way the cooperative improves skills of workers and the need of external assistance and methodological state promotion were named. The ways of state support cooperation development in the agrarian sector of Ukraine were described.
