Фінансова санація підприємства в умовах глобалізації України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто поняття фінансової санації підприємств. Виявлено переваги та недоліки досудової і судової санації суб’єктів господарювання. Окреслено основні критерії відбору фірм для надання їм цільової державної фінансової підтримки. Виявлено, що державна фінансова підтримка може проводитися як у процесі досудового антикризового управління, так і в процесі судової санації. Зазначено, що найпоширенішим зовнішнім джерелом санації є надання боржнику фінансової допомоги. Розглянуто форми надання допомоги фірмі-боржнику під час виконання грошових зобов’язань. Авторами узагальнено невід’ємний складник менеджменту підприємства, а саме систему антикризового фінансового управління. Обґрунтовано, що серед багатьох методик визначення платоспроможності та загрози банкрутства немає єдиної універсальної, кожна методика розглядає певний аспект фінансово-господарської діяльності, тому у статті визначено найкращий варіант визначення загрози банкрутства.

The article analyzes the concept of financial rehabilitation of enterprises. Described in modern Ukraine, domestic researchers distinguish four stages of the formation of financial rehabilitation and bankruptcy. The advantages and disadvantages of pre-trial and judicial rehabilitation of economic entities were identified. The main criteria for selecting firms to provide them with targeted public financial support are outlined. It is revealed that state financial support can be provided both in the course of pre-crisis anti-crisis management and in the process of judicial rehabilitation. It is noted that the most common external source of reorganization is the provision of financial assistance to the debtor. Forms of assistance to the debtor firm in fulfilling monetary obligations are considered in Ukraine. The authors summarize an integral part of enterprise management, namely the system of anti-crisis financial management. It is substantiated that among many methods of determination of solvency and bankruptcy risk there is no single universal one, each method considers a certain aspect of financial and economic activity, therefore the article defines the best variant of definition of bankruptcy, which complement each other. It is revealed that centralized sanitation support in the country can be provided by direct budget financing and indirect forms of state influence. Direct budget financing is the direct provision of funds to economic entities from centralized funds. It is investigated the existing approaches to interpretation of category "sanitation" and also his understanding is offered actually that will promote deepening of theoretical provisions on management of financial sanitation in Ukraine. In article with it is established that the purpose of diagnostics of bankruptcy of the enterprises of managing is establishment of a condition of management and development of a complex of the actions directed to its improvements. For implementation of diagnostics of crisis state of the enterprises and assessment of probability of bankruptcy a number of criteria is offered.
