Зовнішня торгівля товарами та послугами в Миколаївській області: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

В статті досліджено сучасний стан зовнішньої торгівлі в Миколаївській області за 2010-2018 роки. Розраховано сальдо зовнішньої торгівлі враховуючи експорт та імпорт товарів та послуг. Обґрунтовано, що саме вплинуло на зростання експорту товарів та послуг. Проаналізовано окремо динаміку обсягів зовнішньої торгівлі товарами та розраховано їх сальдо. Наведено порівняння зовнішньої торгівлі товарами за окремими регіонами України. Наведено динаміку змін кількості підприємств та країн-партнерів в експорті та імпорті товарів в Миколаївській області. Проаналізовано обсяги експорту продуктів рослинного походження у вартісному вигляді за 2010-2018 роки, що представлені зерновими та олійними культурами. Проаналізовано динаміку обсягів зовнішньої торгівлі послугами та розраховано їх сальдо. Встановлено з проведеного статистичного аналізу послуг, що до країн експортувалися транспортні послуги; послуги з ремонту та технічного обслуговування, що не віднесені до інших категорій; послуги з переробки матеріальних ресурсів; ділові послуги; послуги з будівництва.

The article investigates the current state of foreign trade in the Mykolaiv region for 2010-2018. Foreign trade balance is calculated taking into account the export and import of goods and services. It is substantiated that the increase in export of goods was ensured by an increase in the supply of plant products, chemical and related industries, a decrease in imports - a reduction in the import of mineral products, land vehicles, aircrafts, floats, various industrial goods. The dynamics of foreign trade in goods is analyzed separately and their balance is calculated. A comparison of foreign trade in goods by individual regions of Ukraine is presented. The dynamics of changes in the number of enterprises and partner countries in the export and import of goods in the Mykolaiv region are given. Exports of products of plant origin in value for the period 2010-2018, represented by cereals and oilseeds, are analyzed. The dynamics of foreign trade in services is analyzed and their balance is calculated. It is established from the conducted statistical analysis of services that transport services were exported to the countries; repair and maintenance services, not elsewhere classified; material resources processing services; business services; construction services. It is concluded that the current state and prospects of development of foreign economic activity by enterprises of the Mykolaiv region are influenced by, namely: low competitiveness of products, which requires improvement of quality due to the introduction of international standards both for agricultural and industrial products; unsatisfactory financial condition of the enterprises of the region does not allow to improve the material and technical base and to introduce innovative technologies, which is the driving force of scientific and technological progress; the practical lack of admission of small and medium-sized businesses to foreign economic activity due to the monopoly position of large agricultural holdings and grain traders in Ukraine; the integration of farms into corporate structures will not only allow them to stay in the countryside, but also to form large batches of homogeneous products that are attractive to foreign buyers and promote export growth; Expanding the geography of export trade and imports will, first of all, have a positive impact on the balance of foreign trade in goods and services; Increasing exports of finished agricultural products, not raw materials, will not only conquer new markets but also increase foreign exchange earnings to Ukraine several times over. Of course, without reasonable state support for export and import issues, available credit resources, the current legislation on foreign economic activity and monopoly position, business in Ukraine is difficult to work with.
