Abstract

The article explores the essence of the concept of organizational and economic mechanism for implementing the strategy of agrarian enterprises development. In the process of research, the prevailing mechanisms of implementation of corporate strategies of agrarian enterprises are distinguished, depending on the type of their development, the main elements that ensure the development of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. It is proved that the possibility of realization of the agrarian enterprise development strategy on the basis of the use of certain mechanisms is possible onlý on condition of effective organization of the system of strategic management of such development
