Доходи та витрати населення сільських територій Миколаївської області

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сучасні тенденції змін соціальної та економічної складових рівня життя сільського населення. Висвітлено стан зайнятості та безробіття населення сільських територій Миколаївської області. Проаналізовано рівень сукупних доходів та сукупних грошових витрат сільських домогосподарств регіону, їх структуру в контексті стану та перспектив розвитку сільських територій. Розкрито основні причини виникнення та поширення безробіття сільського населення. За результатами проведеного дослідження окреслено напрями підвищення життєвого рівня населення в сільській місцевості Миколаївської області.

Subject. In the article the current trends of changes in social and economic standards of living of rural population were considered. The condition of employment and unemployment in rural areas of Mykolayiv region was discussed. It was analyzed the level of aggregate income and aggregate expenditure of rural households of the region, their structure in the context of conditions and prospects of rural territories development. The basic causes of unemployment and its rate among rural population were cleared up. Purpose. The aim of the article is to define the structure of income and expenses of rural population in Mykolayiv region and to study improvement of living standards of rural population. Research methods. In the research process the author used methods of economic researches assisting to the achievement of the most systematic and truthful results. The system approach and summing up were used in the research of theoretical basis of aggregate income and aggregate expenditure of rural population. The statistic analysis was applied for determination of levels of total revenues and expenditures and their structures. Research results. It was determined that because of impossibility of improving of rural households’ level income, population needs to control own consumption by producing agricultural products for personal consumption, and purchases cheаper products and consumer goods, and also provides of amenities by its own efforts. Results application sphere. In the article the conclusions and proposals of research have practical meaning and can be used as a base for solution of important social problems of rural communities in Mykolayiv region.
