Особливості гістологічної будови м’язової тканини свиней породи дюрок за різними методами розведення

Abstract

Наведено результати досліджень гістологічної будови м’язової тканини проміжної голівки найдовшого м'яза спини свиней породи дюрок при чистопородному розведенні та в поєднаннях з м’ясними генотипами. Встановлено відмінності показників гістологічної будови м’язової тканини в піддослідних групах тварин.
