Abstract: This article presents the results of experimental studies on the rolling of parts that are subject to wear and tear by rollers. The physical and mechanical properties and the microstructure of the surface layer of steel parts hardened by rollers were studied. The wear resistance characteristics of the specimens treated by rollers were obtained. A method and technology for rolling the parts and a device for the implementation of the method were developed.
