Генетична структура популяції цигайських овець племзаводу “Чорноморський”

Abstract

Досліджено генетичну структуру популяції цигайських овець племзаводу “Чорноморський” АР Крим за розподілом фенотипів та антигенів п’яти систем груп крові, а також генотипів та алелів транспортних білків крові трансферину і гемоглобіну. Показано рівень генетичної мінливості популяції в цілому та окремих статево-вікових груп зокрема. Встановлено порушення генетичної рівноваги популяції за найбільш поліморфною системою трансферину, що є наслідком специфіки селекційно-племінної роботи в стаді./ A genetic structure of the Tsigay sheep population at the Breeding Farm "Chernomorsky" (Crimea) according to the distribution of phenotypes and antigens of five systems of the blood groups, as well as the genotypes and alleles of the transport albumens of blood, transferrin, and hemoglobin has been studied. A level of genetic changeability of the population in general and separate sexual-age groups in particular has been demonstrated. A violation of genetic equilibrium of the population by the most polymorphic system of transferring due to the specific features of the selection and breeding work in the herd has been found out.
