Abstract

У статті аналізується вплив штучного інтелекту (ШІ) на сучасну економічну дипломатію, що стає ключовим фактором у глобальній економіці. Основна увага приділяється способам інтеграції ШІ в дипломатичні процеси, змінам традиційних підходів до міждержавної взаємодії та вирішенню викликів, пов’язаних із цим технологічним проривом. У статті розглядається роль інноваційних технологій у забезпеченні економічної конкурентоспроможності, аналізі даних, прогнозуванні міжнародних економічних тенденцій та оптимізації переговорних процесів. Досліджуються питання трансформації дипломатичних процесів під впливом ШІ, використання штучного інтелекту у формуванні економічних стратегій. Розглядаються приклади впровадження ШІ в дипломатичній практиці країн-лідерів, таких як США, Китай, ЄС. Аналізуються питання безпеки, етичні аспекти використання ШІ у зовнішньоекономічній політиці, включаючи можливі упередження алгоритмів, нерівномірний доступ до технологій і проблеми приватності. Показано, як штучний інтелект сприяє швидшому прогнозуванню та вирішенню глобальних економічних викликів, таких як торговельні війни, санкції чи економічні кризи. У статті також підкреслюється важливість міжнародної координації зусиль у розробці регуляторної бази для штучного інтелекту, що дозволить уникнути нерівності та забезпечить справедливий розподіл економічних вигод. Аналізуючи можливості, які штучний інтелект надає економічній дипломатії, і ризики, що виникають у процесі його інтеграції, стаття пропонує комплексний підхід до розуміння цієї проблематики. Висновки підкреслюють, що економічна дипломатія в епоху штучного інтелекту здатна забезпечити більшу ефективність, прозорість і гнучкість міжнародних економічних відносин, але потребує відповідального ставлення до етичних аспектів і міжнародного співробітництва.

The main objective is to explore the integration of AI into diplomatic processes, its influence on traditional approaches to interstate interaction, and the challenges posed by this technological breakthrough. The study aims to determine how AI-driven innovations can enhance economic competitiveness, improve data analysis, facilitate forecasting of international economic trends, and optimize negotiation strategies in global diplomacy.

Purpose. The research takes a multidisciplinary approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. A comparative analysis of the use of AI in economic diplomacy among major global players, including the US, China, and the EU, will be conducted. Case studies of AI-driven diplomatic initiatives will be examined to assess their effectiveness and impact. In addition, a content analysis of policy documents, international organization reports, and academic literature provides a comprehensive understanding of the transformative role of AI.

Results. The study identifies key trends in the integration of AI into economic diplomacy, highlighting its role in accelerating decision-making, predicting economic fluctuations, and mitigating international economic conflicts such as trade wars and sanctions. It examines AI applications in data-driven policymaking, automated negotiation support, and economic risk assessment. It also shows how AI contributes to real-time monitoring of economic indicators and improves the accuracy of strategic planning in foreign economic policy.
