Abstract

The key aspects of the systemic approach to strategic planning for the development of territorial communities in Ukraine under modern challenges have been explored. The importance of integrating national, regional, and local levels of planning into a unified system to achieve balanced national development has been emphasized. Attention is drawn to the necessity of a comprehensive analysis of the current state of communities, consideration of the interests of various social groups, support for local businesses, inclusivity, and the use of digital technologies for effective management. It is concluded that a systemic approach to strategic planning is a crucial tool for ensuring sustainable community development, enabling the efficient use of limited resources and creating conditions for attracting investments and participating in national and international projects.
