Оцінка стану та прогноз структурних змін в індустрії виробництва будівельних матеріалів в Україні

Abstract

У статті проводиться оцінка стану та прогнози структурних змін в індустрії виробництва будівельних матеріалів в Україні. Означено фактори трансформації структурних змін індустрії виробництва будівельних матеріалів та її тенденції відбудови в критичних умовах сьогодення, враховуючи інструменти відновлення інфраструктури, що суттєво впливає на фінансово-економічну безпеку підприємств даної галузі. Проаналізовано індекси виробництва та споживання будівельної продукції за видами житлового сектора, індекс цін виробників будівельних матеріалів в умовах довоєнного та воєнного періоду в Україні. Сформовано структуру собівартості основних видів будівельних матеріалів, вироблених українськими підприємствами за статтями витрат, які суттєво впливають на динаміку її підвищення в умовах воєнного конфлікту в країні. Виокремлено обсяг виробництва та постачання суб’єктами господарювання бетонних та цементних сумішей для споживачів даного сегменту галузі. Представлена мапа споживання цементних сумішей в регіонах України. Наведено динамічний тренд експортного потенціалу та обсяги капітального інвестування будівельної індустрії у воєнний час. Означено програми державної підтримки підприємств з виробництва будівельних матеріалів в Україні. Визначено світові тенденції в індустрії виробництва будівельних матеріалів шляхом активізації процесу урбанізації, використання технологій штучного інтелекту та Інтернету речей, виробництва екологічних та енергоефективних матеріалів. Запропоновано використання екологічно чистих будівельних матеріалів в періоді повоєнного відновлення об’єктів житлового та нежитлового фонду нерухомості, що позитивно вплине на навколишнє середовище регіонів, сприятиме зниженню поточних витрат і вартості проєктів будівництва при споживанні місцевої сировини у виробництві будівельних матеріалів на локальному та регіональному рівні, а також стабілізує стан фінансово-економічної безпеки виробників індустрії будівництва. Наведено прогнозну частку покриття потреби у будівельних матеріалах виробничими потужностями підприємств та відновлення житлового й нежитлового фонду нерухомості в Україні.

This article evaluates the current state of the building materials industry in Ukraine and forecasts structural changes. It identifies the factors of transformation and reconstruction trends in the industry's current critical conditions, taking into account the tools of infrastructure restoration that significantly affect enterprises' financial and economic security. The purpose of the study is to assess the current state of development of the building materials industry, identify factors of its transformation and reconstruction trends in today's critical conditions, taking into account infrastructure restoration tools that significantly affect the financial and economic security of enterprises in this industry. Results. Production and consumption indices of construction products by housing sector type and the price index of construction material producers in pre-war and wartime periods in Ukraine have been analyzed. The cost structure of the main types of construction materials produced by Ukrainian enterprises is formed by cost items that significantly affect its cost increase under the conditions of military conflict in Ukraine. The volume of concrete and cement mixture production and supply to the market by business entities has been identified. A map showing cement mixture consumption in Ukraine's regions has been presented. The dynamic trend of export potential and capital investment volume in the construction industry during wartime has been presented. State support programs for enterprises producing construction materials in Ukraine were identified. Conclusions. Global trends in the building materials industry have been identified through the intensification of urbanization, the adoption of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, and the production of environmentally friendly, energy-efficient materials. Using environmentally friendly building materials during the post-war restoration of residential and non-residential real estate will positively impact the environment of the regions. It will also reduce current costs and construction project costs by consuming local raw materials for building material production at the local and regional levels. Additionally, it will stabilize the financial and economic security of construction industry manufacturers. The forecast share of meeting the demand for building materials through the production capacity of enterprises and the restoration of residential and non-residential real estate in Ukraine is presented.
