Економічна ефективність впровадження цифрових платформ в управління агробізнесом

Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти оцінки економічної ефективності впровадження цифрових платформ в управління аграрними підприємствами. Визначено ключові фактори впливу діджиталізації на зниження виробничих витрат та підвищення рентабельності. Обґрунтовано, що цифровізація є інструментом мінімізації ризиків та оптимізації управлінських рішень у реальному часі.

The abstract examines the theoretical and practical aspects of evaluating the economic efficiency of integrating digital platforms into the management systems of agricultural enterprises. The study identifies key factors through which digitalization influences the reduction of operational costs and the enhancement of overall profitability. It is substantiated that digital platforms, by consolidating IoT data, satellite imagery, and telemetry, serve as a critical instrument for risk mitigation and real-time optimization of management decisions. The author emphasizes that the transition to "data-driven" management allows for a significant reduction in resource consumption (fuel, fertilizers, seeds) while increasing the transparency of business processes. The barriers to digital transformation, such as high investment costs and the shortage of qualified personnel capable of working with Big Data, are also analyzed.
