В умовах сучасного бізнес-середовища безпека підприємства набуває особливої значущості через зростання ризиків, невизначеності та конкуренції. Військовий стан посилює ці виклики. Ефективне управління безпекою стає стратегічним фактором стабільності й розвитку, вимагаючи оперативних рішень, аналітичності та комплексного підходу до реагування на загрози.

The role of leadership as one of the key factors in ensuring the security of a modern enterprise in the face of dynamic external and internal threats is investigated. The impact of a manager's leadership competencies on the effectiveness of risk management, management decision-making, the formation of a security culture and the organization of crisis response is analyzed. It is substantiated that effective leadership contributes to increasing the stability of the enterprise's functioning, ensuring the continuity of its activities and minimizing the consequences of crisis situations. The conclusion is made about the need to develop the leadership qualities of managers as an important component of the modern system of security management of enterprises.
