Формування соціальної відповідальності в агрохолдингах України

Abstract

Досліджено особливості функціонування українських агрохолдингів в сучасних умовах. Організована група найбільших землевласників України за Земельним банком агрохолдингів. Наведено фінансові показники діяльності найбільших агрохолдингів України. Проаналізовано механізм формування соціальної відповідальності в агрохолдингах України. Виявлено, що в останні роки аграрний бізнес був залучений до різних програм соціальної цінності в контексті екологічної, трудової та соціальної практики. Доведено, що агрохолдинги відіграють важливу роль у формуванні соціальної відповідальності в Україні, дотримуючись міжнародних принципів економічної ефективності, спричинених існуючою ситуацією.

Formation of social responsibility in agrarian holdings of Ukraine. The peculiarities of functioning of Ukrainian agroholdings in modern conditions are investigated. The group of major landowners of Ukraine according to the Land Bank of agroholdings is organized. The financial indicators of activity of the largest agroholdings of Ukraine are presented. The mechanism of formation of social responsibility in agroholdings of Ukraine is analyzed. It has been discovered that in recent years, agrarian business has been involved in various programs of social value in the context of environmental, labor and social practices. It is proved that agroholdings play an important role in shaping social responsibility in Ukraine, adhering to the international principles of economic efficiency that are caused by the present situation.
