Системний підхід до обгрунтування технологічної схеми та структури комбінованої машини для обробітку кукурудзяної стерні

Abstract

Дослідження спрямоване на підвищення якості та зменшення енерговитрат у технологічних операціях подрібнення та зароблення рослинних залишків на основі обґрунтування раціональної технологічної схеми комбінованої машини для обробки кукурудзяної стерні. Зазначається, що розкриття суті процесу подрібнення та засипання кукурудзяної стерні пов'язане із уточненням параметрів умов початкового стану ґрунту з рослинними залишками (кукурудзяна стерня) шляхом визначення технологічної структури машини, взаємозв'язків та взаємодії робочих органів; встановлення технологічних режимів роботи машини; дослідження впливу всіх цих факторів на результат її роботи.

The study is aimed at improving the quality and reducing energy costs in the technological operations of grinding and planting plant residues based on the rationale rational technological scheme of a combined machine for processing corn stubble. It is noted that the disclosure of the essence of the process of grinding and embedding of corn stubble is associated with the specification of the parameters of the conditions of the initial state of the soil with plant residues (corn stubble) by determining the technological structure of the machine, the relationships and interactions of the working bodies; the establishment of technological modes of operation of the machine; a study of the influence of all these factors on the result of her work.
