В останні десятиліття кардинально змінився підхід до сприйняття інформації, а технічний розвиток забезпечив багаторазове зростання її обсягу. Освіта дорослих займає одну з основних ідей в системі розвитку та модернізації системи освіти загалом. Вона залучає до співпраці виробничий сектор та державу, є гарантом соціального захисту в галузі освіти, вирішує проблему самореалізації. В усьому світі створюються нові стратегії розвитку освіти дорослих.

Adult education is one of the main ideas in the system of development and modernization of the education system in general. It involves the production sector and the state, is a guarantor of social protection in education, solves the problem of self-realization.
