Місцеві органи влади в умовах воєнного стану: повноваження та співпраця військових адміністрацій з органами місцевого самоврядування

Abstract

Основні заходи захисту населення і територій щодо безпеки, захисту мешканців від ймовірних надзвичайних ситуацій реалізуються на рівні міських, селищних та сільських громад. З початку повномасштабного вторгнення російської армії на територію України діяльність місцевих органів влади спрямована на забезпечення дії Конституції та законів України, здійснення заходів правового режиму, оборони, цивільного захисту, охорони прав, свобод і законних інтересів громадян.

The main measures for the protection of the population and territories in terms of safety, protection of residents from possible emergency situations are implemented at the level of urban, village and rural communities. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian army on the territory of Ukraine, the activities of local authorities have been aimed at ensuring the operation of the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, the implementation of measures of the legal regime, defense, civil protection, protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens.
