Abstract

Досліджено роль інтелектуальної власності у розвитку держави; її аналіз, як економічної складової інтелектуального капіталу. З’ясовано, що інтелектуальна власність – юридичний гарант захисту прав, що відносяться до інтелектуальної діяльності. Доведено позитивний вплив на економічний та соціальний розвиток держави.
