Abstract

Глобальні зміни та стрімкий розвиток фінансових технологій, що посилюються складністю системи залучених установ і використанням широкого спектру фінансових інструментів, визначаються значними зрушеннями як у пропозиції, так і в попиті на фінансові послуги. Страховий ринок змушений реагувати на окреслені трансформації, щоб задовольнити потреби та побажання своїх клієнтів з метою захисту їхнього страхування з точки зору вдосконалення підходів до ведення бізнесу, розвитку інноваційних каналів збуту та надання послуг.

Global changes and the rapid development of financial technologies, exacerbated by the complexity of the system of involved institutions and the use of a wide range of financial instruments, are determined by significant shifts in both supply and demand for financial services. The insurance market is forced to respond to the outlined transformations in order to satisfy the needs and wishes of its customers in order to protect their insurance from the point of view of improving approaches to conducting business, developing innovative sales channels and providing services. The article notes the current state of mortgage services in Ukraine, provides ways to improve the insurance industry, characterizes statistical data on the functioning of the insurance market.
