Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеню «Магістр» за спеціальністю 071 «Облік і оподаткування» у галузі знань 07 – Управління та адміністрування. — Миколаївський національний аграрний університет, Миколаїв, 2022. Кваліфікаційна робота направлена на дослідження теоретично-методичних і прикладних засад пов’язаних з організацією обліку та оподаткування виплат працівникам підприємств аграрного сектору України. На основі аналізу сучасних тенденцій розвитку агробізнесу в Україні нагальною потребою виступають питання з раціональності організації обліку і оподаткування виплат працівникам. Перехід країни на транснаціональні відносини сприяв зміні концепції з керування персоналом, сприяв систематизації вибору засобів і методів щодо практичного виконання завдань з оплати праці персоналу відповідно меті підвищення ефективності виробництва як умови конкурентоздатності вітчизняних агротоваровиробників. На основі проведеного дослідження систем бухгалтерського обліку виплат працівникам аграрної сфери виокремлено конкретний тип, розроблено рекомендації щодо його імплементації в сучасні українські реалії задля удосконалення механізму розвитку бізнесу сільськогосподарських підприємств. Цінність роботи полягає в тому, що запропоновані аспекти методики обліку і оподаткування виплат працівникам дозволять підвищити ефективність функціонування підприємства аграрної сфери у напрямку сталого соціально-економічного розвитку.
