Теоретичне обгрунтування механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємств

Abstract

Теоретично обґрунтовано можливі внутрішні і зовнішні загрози, що мають суттєвий вплив на подальшу діяльність підприємств. Досліджено існуючі методи і механізми вирішення фінансово-економічних питань і обґрунтовано нівелювання можливих ризиків і зовнішніх загроз з метою їх мінімізації. Управління економічною безпекою вимагає скорочення цих методів і механізмів у єдину систему, що засновано на загальних принципах і критеріях оцінки економічного стану господарюючого суб'єкта. Обґрунтовано, що ці принципи і критерії дозволили б більш дієво виявляти й усувати виникаючі загрози і впроваджувати стратегічні рішення, що забезпечують стійкість компанії.

Theoretically grounded possible internal and external threats that have a significant impact on the further activity of enterprises. The existing methods and mechanisms for solving financial and economic issues and leveling out possible risks and external threats with the aim of minimizing them are theoretically substantiated. Management of economic security requires the reduction of these methods and mechanisms into a single system, based on general principles and criteria for assessing the economic status of the business entity. It is substantiated that these principles and criteria would allow to more effectively identify and eliminate emerging threats and to make strategic decisions that ensure the company's stability.
