Специфіка впливу процесів цифровізації економічних систем на утворення цін об’єктів інтелектуальної власності

Abstract

Стаття розкриває теоретичні та практичні аспекти, а також сучасний стан специфіки утворення цін на ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності та ступінь впливу на нього процесів цифровізації економічної сфери. Виділені центральні та найбільш актуальні інструментарій та методи, що засовуються для оцінювання інтелектуальної власності. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтерпретування ціни не тільки як категорії обміну, а й категорії, яка глибоко вкорінена у сфері споживчого виробництва та ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Факти підтверджують, що ринковий механізм ціноутворення може відображати умови, зміст, результати та ступінь комерціалізації інтелектуальної діяльності. Даний механізм виступає підґрунтям долучення результату інтелектуальної діяльності до процесів розвитку ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності та оцінювання інвестиційної перспективи відповідних об’єктів. Визначено роль, яку відіграє ринок об’єктів інтелектуальної власності в сучасній економічній системі, а також конкретизовано перспективні шляхи його розвитку.

Abstract. Introduction. The article reveals theoretical and practical aspects, as well as the current state of the specifics of price formation on the market of intellectual property objects and the degree of influence on it by the processes of digitization of the economic sphere. The central and most relevant tools and methods used for the assessment of intellectual property are highlighted. The expediency of interpreting the price not only as a category of exchange, but also as a category that is deeply rooted in the field of consumer production and the market of intellectual property objects is substantiated.

Purpose. To study and research the current state of processes of price formation for intellectual property objects.

Results. The facts confirm that the market pricing mechanism can reflect the conditions, content, results and degree of commercialization of intellectual activity. This mechanism acts as a basis for the inclusion of the result of intellectual activity in the processes of development of the market of intellectual property objects and the assessment of the investment perspective of the respective objects. The role played by the market of intellectual property objects in the modern economic system is determined, as well as promising ways of its development are specified.

Conclusions. Processes of price formation of intellectual property objects can be complicated due to the complex nature and constant diversification of objects in the conditions of digitalization of the economic sphere. The drawn parallel between the theoretical sources of price formation in economic theory contributed to a thorough disclosure of the specific subject, which provides an opportunity to cover the general spectrum of problems and solve the most pressing issues in the market of intellectual property products.
