Судові установи як одна з форм цивільної влади Північного Причорномор'я

Abstract

Надано характеристику судової системи античних держав Північного Причорномор’я. Розглянуто діяльність судових установ як однієї з форм цивільної влади в античних полісах окраїн грецької ойкумени – Північного Причорномор’я. Проаналізовано моделі судочинства – афінської та держав Північного Причорномор’я. || The characteristics of the judicial system of the ancient states of the Northern Black Sea coast are given. The activity of judicial institutions as one of the forms of civil power in the ancient polises of the outskirts of the Greek ecumenism - the Northern Black Sea coast is considered. Models of judical proceedings - Athenian and Northern Black Sea states - are analyzed.
