Abstract

Міцюк М. О. Інноваційні напрямки удосконалення діяльності підприємств індустрії гостинності на прикладі готелю“Holiday Inn Kyiv”. – Кваліфікаційна наукова праця на правах рукопису. Робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня бакалавра за спеціальністю 241 «Готельно-ресторанна справа». – Миколаївський національний аграрний університет, Миколаїв, 2023. У кваліфікаційній роботі проводиться аналіз інноваційної діяльності в індустрії гостинності на прикладі готелю "Holiday Inn Kyiv"за адресою Велика Васильківська, 100, Київ, 03150. Всього в роботі є 3 розділи. У першому теоретичному розділі роботи розглядається сутність інновацій та їх ролі в індустрії гостинності, функції та можливості інновацій в готельному бізнесі, а також оцінка інвестиційного клімату. У другому розділі проводиться аналіз інноваційного потенціалу готелю "Holiday Inn Kyiv", досліджуються внутрішні та зовнішні фактори, явища закладу та застосування інноваційних технологій. У третьому розділі роботи розглядаються шляхи вдосконалення та впровадження інноваційних технологій в готелі "Holiday Inn Kyiv", порівняння закладів готельного господарства України з іншими країнами світу за інноваційними технологіями, а також впровадження інноваційного проекту. У висновках роботи формулюються основні результати дослідження та рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інноваційної діяльності готелю "Holiday Inn Kyiv".

Mitsiuk M.O. Innovative directions of improving the activities of hospitality industry enterprises on the example of the Holiday Inn Kyiv hotel. The qualification work analyzes the innovation activity in the hospitality industry using the example of the "Holiday Inn Kyiv" hotel located at 100, Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150. The paper consists of three sections. The first theoretical section discusses the essence of innovation and their role in the hospitality industry, functions and opportunities of innovations in the hotel business, and the evaluation of the investment climate in the hotel services market. The second section analyzes the activity and innovation potential of the "Holiday Inn Kyiv" hotel, examines internal and external factors, phenomena of the establishment, and the application of innovative technologies. The third section examines ways to improve and implement innovative technologies in the "Holiday Inn Kyiv" hotel, compares hotel establishments in Ukraine with other countries of the world in terms of innovative technologies, and implements an innovative project. The conclusions of the paper formulate the main research results and recommendations for improving the innovation activity of the "Holiday Inn Kyiv" hotel. The lists of used sources supplement the content of the paper.
